After research this appeared to be the best wormerie. However the worms can get out and after a few days I had many dead worms. the wormery is in the garage and the worms were unable to survive on the concrete floor. Customer service-not that helpful. Reasons given for worms escaping were too wet or too much food causing gasses. The mixture was as stated in the instructions and there was about 2 cms of food. Having given up on the whole sorry project I decided to call it a day and just use as a compost bin (expensive compost bin). I piled florist waste and greengrocers waste as well as kitchen waste- not see any worms in days. I have had a bit of a poke around and the worms are there so I assume they are doing their stuff. Time will tell.

This is a review for the raised bed kits.

Great quality product, all the delivery stuff worked well and I'm happy with it. The only reason for 4 stars is that it is NOT a kit that you just "fix" together with the provided screws.

The website makes it sound like an Ikea product that, with a bit of wrestling and shuffling, you assemble with a screwdriver. This just isn't possible.

You need to acquire a drill, and someone to tell you how to use it, and (critically) a powered screwdriver. Once you have these things, it fits together nicely and the finished product is lovely.

I think all this needs is a bit of adjustment to the website content to make this clear.

Incidentally, I messaged via the website twice to ask my damfool questions, and got a call back within minutes and the guy at the other end with the nice Irish accent was super-helpful. This is really a 4.5 rather than a 4. Just need to be a little clearer about what's needed at the customer end.

Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. They followed my request on where to leave items. And the products are as disproved well packaged . No issues at all great company to order from.

Lovely raised bed, timber nice quality although one piece arrived with a nasty split. Have not complained as I could fix it on a position where it dudnt show or matter. The reason for only 3 stars was that this was not, as I expected, a flat pack kit to build. It was actually just wood. Cut to size, but with no screws or pre drilled holes. Also no picture, no diagram, no instructions. On checking the website again I didn't find any wording that would have alerted me to this, ie it was JUST timber. However I did find an option to purchase 400 screws. I was not equipped with a drill or the skills to guess how this needed to go together, but thankfully found a neighbour who could build it for me. I am pleased with the overall finished product, it seemed expensive for just the wood. I believed I was paying for the fact that someone had turned this wood into a kit that I would be able to assemble.

Always good quality and quick delivery from QuickCrop. Have bought raised beds, accessories and compost bin previously - all good. Reasonable single delivery price is also a sensible policy.

My purchase arrive very quickly and was just what I had ordered.

Ordered a hotbin a month ago, wrong product delivered 9 days later. Emailed customer service and they have been trying to sort it out for the past few weeks, which they don’t seem to be able to do for whatever reason. they have said they have scheduled a pickup of the wrong product and the correct hotbin was supposed to be delivered this week. it hasn’t arrived, they can’t provide tracking details and no one at quick crop knows what’s happens to it. Has the hotbin I ordered really been sent at all?Most couriers now provide some sort of tracking. Customer service do respond to emails but their delivery service just dosent seem to work at all and no one knows what’s going on. I have now requested a refund which hopefully will be in my account by Monday so I can purchase the product from someone else. I’ve wasted a lot of time emailing quickcrop and waiting in for deliveries. I would not recommend them as a supplier of hot bins and I hope I get my refund asap. Very disappointed and frustrating.

I have bought raised beds a number of times from quick crop. Delivery is good and customer service is good when I’ve had occasion to email.
I was very impressed with their customer services., no delay in reply and problem sorted easily. The quality of the raised bed is also good

Delivered much more quickly than expected. All packed securely and easy and quick to put together. Being used as a tortoise run so needed to be sturdy and is. Very pleased.
