We have an access issue at our nursery
We have an access issue at our nursery, so I clearly stated the delivery address, which is at another location when placing my order. However, Quickcrop sent my billing address to the depot. This meant a day wasted waiting for the courier to ring to tell us he was heading to our collection point, which never happened and then chasing round try to find out where our order was to then reschedule it using the correct address for the following day. Courier firm were excellent in helping us sort this matter out and delivery driver was very helpful.

Oscillating Hoe
Unfortunately not a great experience - maybe I’m in the minority. Ordered an oscillating garden hoe, which wasn’t in stock (why did the website allow me to order)?
Accepted a replacement
After two weeks didn’t materialise and nobody could tell me why?
Cancelled the order and will buy somewhere else
Frustrating that all communication is via email
wont use again
___ 5th July Update. I thank the team at Quickcrop for acting on my feedback and am pleased to say I now have my item and accept the offer of goodwill provided. I will pop back and shop again.

Dominic i am so sorry that you had such a poor experience with us. I have reviewed the problems with your order and the 1 Star you have left seems warranted. With the initial issue of the larger Oscillating Hoe being on the website and not in stock to the smaller one then not getting delivered due to the couriers returning the item to us your experience was indeed really poor. It is such a shame as the Oscillating hoes we have are so good but thank you for taking the time to review us all the same

The wood arrived as described and in reasonable time. It did have a couple of knots in it but that's probably what you get for ordering the cheapest type!

Thanks for the review Daniel. Obviously sorry that we lost one star due to the knots in the wood. Natural finished timber for the garden will always have knots in it however this does not effect the longevity or strength of the bed in any way. If anything it makes them look a lot more rustic. Raised bed cover
Fitted the raised bed perfectly, gave 4 stars as the tubes do not stay inserted on the upper connectors on both sides even when taped. The structure is stable however when duct taped so function is unaffected.

David if you put the tubing in to boiling water at the ends. Then push them tight in to the connectors. They will then expand and stay in place even in the highest winds. This should have been in the instructions but i will check on this. Thank you for the Review and here is hoping you have a great growing season
