Do not use their system! They quote plainly on their website for small to medium vans, even large ones, at between £20, £25, or £30 an hour. I required a £20-an-hour van for 2 hours max and couldn't get a quote less than £150 from them. Their hourly rates are nonsense! I would avoid because their prices don't represent their actual price, and if they can't be honest about that, I don't think I trust them with my items. REPLY : not strictly true, and to be fair, I wouldn't go with you just for your sarcasm! and your right i wouldn't trust anyone at the price so why DO YOU advertise it at that price.. here is a gold driver of yours !! ... What a horrendous customer service that chooses sarcasm over solution! Horrendous! .. But again, here's one of your drivers listed at a price you said yourself you shouldn't pay, so thank you for that! First bit of honesty from Quick Man and Van.

The driver was excellent, helpful and very friendly.

I used quick man and van to move a bed across London. The platform was straightforward to help me make the right type of booking for my requirements and the price was competitive.
When my original driver was unable to come, the platform found me a new driver in time. And the service provided was excellent.

Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs. Have stolen £160 from me.

Booked for 2pm and paid in full. Booking was pending. Booking was changed at 2.35pm to a 7pm pick up which was too late and we had to make alternative plans. Money has now been taken from my account which contravenes cancellation policy.

Hired 2 guys to move my belongings, saved the stress and hassle from the move. 100% happy and will recommend.

Driver was excellent. Back office support could be improved (responding to email and phone messages, and not requesting cash payment of congestion charge directly to driver. Very relieved the driver showed up on time, I really thought I’d been scammed.

Absolutely appalling service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to avoid them.

On the day of my move, nobody turned up. I wasn’t even informed that my booking had been cancelled. Instead, I spent hours trying to get answers, making around 10 phone calls before I was finally able to get through to someone and find out what had happened.

Because I was left with no notice whatsoever, I had no choice but to book another moving company at the last minute, costing me over £80 extra.

To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint, the company refused to compensate me and claimed they had tried to contact me before cancelling. That is simply untrue. If they had genuinely made reasonable attempts to contact me, I wouldn’t have spent hours repeatedly calling them to find out why nobody had arrived.

The complete lack of communication, failure to provide the service I paid for, refusal to accept responsibility, and apparent dishonesty in their response, as I have been told multiple different reasons for the cancellation, have been shocking. Moving home is stressful enough without a company making it ten times worse and then refusing to put things right.

Save yourself the stress, time and money and book with a company that actually values its customers.

Very careful collection and delivery

Amazing service arrived on time and could not be more helpful. Took care of the whole move with ease and no complications. Both gentlemen were nothing but patient and kind throughout the whole process and I can't thank them enough for taking some stress of of my move. Would highly recommend and will be using Ash again anytime we need to.

Good & efficient communication from start to finish. Drivers are easily contactable in case you have any queries. Fast & reliable. I will be using Quick Man & Van again in the future.

Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT USE!

Driver turned up late, did not help load the van and instead was on his phone, unloaded three pieces of furniture and then decided to return home as he was "tired" and "it was getting late" (4pm)

Customer support refused to give a fair refund (Offered £60, despite £150 of services being rendered incomplete out of £270's worth). The driver even sent me a text after the service to ask me to retract my complaint.

What a joke of a company.
