Today Abdul and his friend helped us to move our house. Both of them were very professional and very very careful in handling stuff. They finished their work with perfectness and has helped us immensely to shift our house smoothly. I am completely satisfied with their service.

On time, and as described. Driver not very chatty but didnt matter, we got the sofa from A to B so thats the main thing!

The driver was prompt, efficient and very helpful. The furniture was moved very quickly and obviously by someone with experience. I know where to go when I need to move furniture again. Perfect.

I paid £456 for a door-to-door moving service, including £180 specifically for five hours of driver assistance with loading and unloading. However, the driver left after about four hours, so I did not receive the full service I paid for.

The driver unloaded all of my belongings outside, and I had to carry everything inside myself. I have photo evidence of this, which I provided to the company.

I found the driver unprofessional and unprepared — he had no straps or blankets to protect my items, and did not handle them with care. During the company’s internal investigation, the driver gave an account that did not match my experience. I explained this to the company and provided supporting details, including confirmation from my flatmate that we had a key and did not ask him to leave.

One of my lights was damaged during the move, and leaving my belongings outside felt unsafe and stressful.

The company’s response - a £36 refund - felt inadequate given the scale of the issues I experienced.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service, very polite, professional and just got on with the job. They made my stressful moving journey, less so.
