If you want detailed instructions or tool-free setup , look elsewhere!

We purchased the 8x8 TenseLight™ Straight Trade Show Booth Display Wall. They sent an "installation" guide that was one page long and just had info on how to connect the aluminum tubes. When I asked for more detailed instructions or a video, they said there's no video, but they could send a more detailed PDF for an OLDER model of our booth. Those instructions were also not helpful. When I open a giant box of tubes with a bunch of numbers on them, I expect a diagram that shows me what goes where. We just had to struggle through it blindly.
I also have a problem with the way they describe the product as having a “tool-free setup” with just an “aluminum tube frame with bungee-cord connections” - it's disingenuous at best. The giant bag of screws and a too-long allen wrench to connect certain parts negates that entire claim. An allen wrench counts as a tool, and it was NOT as simple as snapping a few tubes together.

There’s been zero communication despite


There’s been zero communication despite my efforts to locate a package that wasn’t delivered. This company needs to work on their customer service and communication! When you’re spending good money for products it’s expected!

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and stress this caused you. Waiting for an important shipment without getting the updates you need is incredibly frustrating, especially with an event date approaching. We should have communicated more clearly and consistently with you throughout the process, and we sincerely apologize for falling short there.

After the shipping address was changed while the order was already in the shipping process, our team worked to coordinate the updated delivery. Your order was shipped in two separate packages, with the frame going out first and the graphic following afterward. Both packages were successfully delivered.

We knew your event was on September 18, so our team worked to make sure the complete order arrived by September 17, one day before your event.

While we’re relieved everything arrived in time, we understand that the lack of clear updates made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate with customers when shipping changes or split deliveries happen.

Outstanding Customer Service Support

Our customer service rep, Leah, was amazing! We had some issues using the templates and she was patient and extremely helpful going above and beyond what was expected.

Amazing and reliable service

Can not be happier with the service and the product! They did everything and shipped it to us in the minimum time (we were putting together a last-minute trade show). Quality of the product is great, easy to assemble and move around.

360 Brand Visibility Triangle Arch

Just bought the 360 Visibility Arch and I can't tell you how pleased we are! The poles to put it together were much sturdier than we thought. Although the directions could have been clearer, once we figured it out, it went together smoothly. Slighly concerned about bolts not being flush with poles. They poke out from fabric and are hoping there will not be any ripping there. If you don't have a place to store this, it will have to be taken apart which is timely. The fabric and zipper are extremely heavy duty and super easy to put on over the structure once assembled. The visual impact is striking and we couldn't be more pleased with the colors and graphics.

Great design service

I was impressed with how quickly the design team worked. After making three updates to my design, they sent me a preview link to approve in less than an hour each time.
