I have been using Ringover Quicktalk for some months now and I have to say I am very happy with my experience. For starters, the customer service is fantastic, both in the Uk and the US, super helpful and attentive, available when you need them, and very friendly on the phone. And in terms of the function itself, the line is very clear and I have had no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable phone service.

I’ve been using QuickTalk for a little while now, and I’m really impressed! The app is super easy to use, the interface is clean, and it’s made staying connected so much simpler. Fairly inexpensive, which drew me in for a new startup business that's focusing on online sales and not so much calls/in-person. Had the service for about a year now, and aside from the AI voice greeting attendant, I haven't been very impressed overall. I stuck with it out of a lack of interest in spending the effort to find a better provider.

However I NEED THIS LINE TO WORK! The call quality is often quite terrible, with delays and a bit of an echo. I find myself accidently talking over customers because of the 1-2 second delays.

Right now the line isn't even accepting calls, and despite calling the "24/7 Support" phone number, it just rings and rings and rings... They're not even using an answering service?!?

I'm having a hard time believing most of the reviews I see on here, as there's no way my experience is this rough and everyone else is as pleased as they're claiming...

Just got my quicktalk service and I'm very pleased. Way better than my last business phone provider. The customer service reps are also really helpful

Scam!! I spoke to them on the phone few times and they told me exactly what I need. I even register the conversation if they scam my credit card. I submit everything they asked for and paid. They attribute me a phone number (even ask me to choose LOL). My login was not working so, and thought it was sunday and their office is close (even though it says 24/7 LOL). Monday, i get my login saying BLOCK BUT they took 2 times the payment on my credit card!! BE AWARE IT IS A SCAM. Send messages and no answer and hang up when i call. Another problem that they do and collect all my government documents. Quite scary for a company that use our credit card without authorisation and dont even reimburse.

No hay soporte: ni contestan ningún correo ni funciona el teléfono que tienen en la web. Intenté configurar un número extranjero y me salió el mensaje de que estaba fuera de paquete, sin ninguna explicación y sin que en las condiciones de contratación se especificara nada. He pedido la devolución del dinero y solo después de tres días, y tras ver esta crítica han contestado pero siguen sin darme solución.

I recently signed up for QuickTalk after receiving a promotional email and decided to give it a try. I paid for the $24 plan, but after completing the verification, they declined it because I don’t have a US citizen ID even though my company is a registered US LLC with an EIN. This requirement was never clearly mentioned before payment. After explaining the situation, they said they would “request a refund,” but I still haven’t received any confirmation or payment back. It’s really disappointing to have such unclear terms and poor follow-through on refunds. Hoping they resolve this soon and improve transparency for future customers.
