They arbitrarily refused to validate my EU ID. Customer service was totally unhelpful. In the end I chose another Voip provider.

I had a problem with my system and was able to speak with someone after hours yo solve my problem.

Do not sign up with this company! Very shady service! Had 2 business line with them, they cancelled my account to make me resign up with them to go on the 30$ plan instead of the $9.99 plan I started with. And bc I have these Phn numbers on my business flyers and merchandise I was FORCED to stay with this terrible company. UNTIL I FIGURE THIS OUT! So frustrating. Another corrupt company who profits are more important than their morality. Only show good reviews bc they remove all the bad reviews. I don’t know how they sleep at night

Quicktalk customer service is very helpful, and always available.

Quick Talk great app they have rich there at Quick Talk the Lee person and repairs and signing you up as a fantastic guy. He gives out great five star Richard you are a rockstar.

Contacted sales, and they want you to pay them to trail their product. NO!!

Unsure why someone would transfer all there business lines across without trying.

The call lag from other reviews is concerning as you do not want this, oh no.

So without trying first, who knows..

So if in doubt go elsewhere, like me

Vraiment et agréablement surpris par la service proposé.
Il ne manque rien, un délais d'une dizaine de seconde entre la sonnerie et le transfert d'appel, mais en soit ce n'est même pas un vrai problème avec l'habitude.
Il ne manque rien, renvoi d'appel, répondeur, report des message sur répondeur par mail (ça c'est franchement bluffant) et personnalisation facile à mettre en place.
Pour le prix, je met 10/10

Great phone company, affordable and customer service friendly.

La souscription au service est rapide et intuitive, et grâce à leur studio il est très simple de créer son propre message et sa musique d’attente téléphonique. J’avais initialement rencontré la problématique du message vocal imposé lors d’un renvoi d’appel vers un numéro externe, demandant d’appuyer sur la touche 1 pour accepter l’appel. Heureusement, l’équipe Quicktalk a pu retirer cette contrainte manuellement à ma demande.
En revanche, le transfert d’appel reste limité puisqu’il n’est possible qu’entre utilisateurs enregistrés sur Quicktalk. Il n’est donc toujours pas envisageable de transférer directement vers un numéro externe, ce qui réduit la flexibilité du service. J’espère que cette option sera proposée un jour, car le service reste par ailleurs efficace, bien pensé et simple d’utilisation.

Call quality is abysmal. Almost every single incoming or outgoing call takes 10-15 seconds for us to be able to hear each other. I often get hung up on while trying to call other people (they can't hear me, despite me hearing them clearly). My normal cell service/provider is significantly better, so it's not a phone/reception issue.

The call answering system is fairly good, but missing a few key features like the ability for a caller to just press 1 to leave a message while on hold. They have to wait for your pre-set timeout. So either set it short so you get messages (but can't always grab the call fast enough) or really long so you can grab the calls (but don't get messages when you can't).

En tant que nouvelle entrepreneuse je souhaite remercier QuickTalk pour la rapidité et l'efficacité du service. Après m'être arrachée les cheveux durant 1 semaine avec Keyyo, j'ai trouver Quicktalk par hasard et cherchant une solution désespérer de ne pas arriver à comprendre Keyyo et à installer Keyyo et surtout sans rappel de leur part et avec mes clients qui attendaient que je les rappelle. Etant en voyage à l'étranger je ne pouvais pas utiliser mon téléphone portable. Quicktalk est vraiment très très simple d'utilisation et je suis surprise de la qualité des appels et surtout illimités. Avec Keyyo qu'une amie m'avait conseillée, il y a une limitation malgré tout et il faut payer si on dépasse 99 numéros par mois. J'ai ensuite contacté le service client Quicktalk car mes appels ne passaient pas mais il faut juste utiliser Chrome au lieu de Safari donc là c'est nickel, le problème est réglé. Voyageant souvent à l'étranger c'est une solution super optimale. De plus, le chargé de compte Redha Lafri a vite répondu à mon appel avec des informations très clair, un service client top. Par contre ça fait 20 min que j'essaie de joindre Keyyo pour résilier mon contrat chez eux, impossible de les joindre... donc franchement je suis super satisfaite de Quicktalk. En tant que nouvelle entrepreneuse consciente du travail qu'ils doivent fournir et du prix super compétitif, je trouve qu'il est important de féliciter ce genre d'entreprise qui nous proposent non seulement un bon qualité prix, mais un service professionnel de haut standard. Merci Quicktalk et vous pourrez compter sur moi pour vous faire de la pub !!!
