Initial assessments was easy. And website /webpage was easy to manage and locate what we needed. Adjustments and amendments were easily done by simple email. Correspondents was easy and courteous.... もっず芋る

Great Service to prepare a quick will

Have used this service twice now and delighted with the results. It is really easy to use. You are prompted to fill in each section and then the will is created for you and sent to your email to download. You can choose to pay a small fee to have it checked over or just download your will for free. There is also the option to edit it.
A great service.

This is just what I wanted

This is just what I wanted, I learned from my local authority that a very elaborate will was not necessary if the contents were simple as mine are, and not spend the amount of money that solicitors charge. I was very pleased with the service I receive and the ease of it all.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. No wills sent in mail, no response to telephone calls, or to emails. Took my £29 for mirror wills and then total silence.
BEWARE.
This is NOT a quality service.

Graham, The Will *was* sent to you. Unfortunately your email was rejected by BT (as per message below). This is hugely frustrating when this happens. We have received no emails from you. We have since sent your Will to your wife. If you could confirm you have received it, that would be helpful.
