I test drove a Quingo ultra today and promptly placed my order with Kim who had helped me so much with advice as I drove it. It is absolutely amazing and I am looking forward to receiving mine in a few days.
Everyone is so helpful and encouraging as mobility becomes more difficult. It will give me a new lease of life.

I have a Quingo Flyte, fortunately, on contract hire.
As I am no lightweight, a folding scooter is out of the question, I decided to opt for the Quingo Flyte with the docking station. However I have had nothing but trouble with the docking station.
I was attending a hospital appointment went to pull out the ramp and the whole ramp fell onto the car park stranding the scooter in the car. As the ramp is rather heavy, I couldn't pick it up. If it was not for the assistance of the clinician,it would still be in the car park.
This is only one of a series of events that has happened to me. One of the technicians who,repeatedly,come to repair the ramp even admitted that the scooter and docking station was not really suitable for a person with my disability, as I cannot use the equipment alone.
The latest event occurred today,20th. June 2026, I was due at hospital to have a heart monitor fitted, but had to cancel, with 1 hour notice, because the scooter would not load into the car.
I still have 18 months of the contract to go and I am tempted to send the whole thing back and remain housebound until the contract has ended, as far as I am concerned I wish I'd never heard of Quingo scooters.
An added extra, it has reduced my 7 seater car to the front 2 seats, and no room for anything else.

The mobility scooter is very stable and useful. The service provided was very good.

Friendly staff, home visit where everything about the scooter was explained thoroughly. I also had a test drive to see how I managed. I was shown how to dismantle it and put it back together if I needed to take it with me on a car journey. Delivery of scooter was on time and again I had another supervised drive and again was shown how to dismantle and reassemble. Very happy with my Quingo and feel very safe when out and about. Good after sales service too.

I have inherited a quingo plus from my late mother and have no use for it. I have contacted quingo, and the rude woman on the phone showed zero compassion for our recent loss and was completely unhelpful of its value or of what to do with it.

I contacted local independent mobility suppliers and that gave me the same feedback of the bullying tactics used by the sales staff. My mother would have been incredibly vulnerable and quite ill at the time of purchase….nearly £6000 taken from an elderly woman for a scooter now worth a couple of hundred pound for resale. I have to sell privately as not a single other resale company are interested as parts are impossible to get.

They also sold her an insurance policy which wasn’t needed!!!

Hold your heads in shame Quingo and brace yourself for a battle, as I am no push over and will drag you through the courts.

I have all correspondence and receipts if you would like to address this!

Stay well away from these people…they will take your money for all over priced equipment…be warned!!!

It’s great to feel i am able to go out and do my shopping and visit friends and family in the knowledge I am safe driving my Quingo ultra it’s not just great at short distances it goes in my daughters car really easy and we can go out to parks and the seaside and make memories we the grand children

My son has a problem with his Quingo connect. We mentioned it before service this January they said it was the tyres so replaced them. It was in fact a faulty weld on the frames which cracked. In March 18th they confirmed the parts had been ordered and would contact me. I had to contact them on 26/05 and said they had no record of the order. I have emails proving the contrary. I even spoke to a manager who confirmed he would sort it. Radio silence!!!!
The service and lack of communication has been appalling with many broken promises to call back and give any sort of resolution lead time.
My handicapped son has been left without effective wheels since February. I have given them ample opportunity to find a resolution!
I would not recommend buying from this company.

The actual scooter is brilliant it’s Tour does 55 miles on a charge and it did just what they said I found the walking stick holder which they added, has been a real blessing. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with the scooter.

Worst scooter experience ever. The scooter was very expensive, but very hard to ride on with no front suspension. Steering on corners feels unsafe. because it is actually a 3wheel scooter with outriders you can't straddle potholes and because of no suspension it shakes my back to the core. Save you r money buy a normal 4 wheel

I purchased a Quingo Vitesse scooter recently . The sales man was very helpful plus I could try 3 different scooters at home before deciding on the Vitesse. It is beautifully made, extremely comfortable seating and very adjustable . The delivery driver was very helpful and demonstrated the scooter and adjusted the seating etc. It came with 3 years free insurance, a real bonus. I find the scooter gray for getting out and about. A new lease of life!

It starts with the first contact via a telephone call . Then there's the appointment booking which is planned to suit both Quingo and myself. Then at the appointment Paul Nicholson allows to test as many from the range as I felt comfortable about, Paul was amazing laying out the pros and cons of each scooter.. there's no push to order just knowledge ..
And now there's the after sales team to arrange delivery. Followed up with delivery day .. I have to say from beginning to end of the process I love my Quingo

I saw the Quingo Connect Powerchair on social media, so I made enquiries about it, due to health impacting my mobility, i wanted something that was easy to use and would fold up to go in the car. I booked a test drive and a lady called Tracey came out to see me and my partner. Tracey was some friendly and helpful it made my decision a little easier. Tracey went through everything and from seeing Tracey to the chair arriving Quingo's staff have all been friendly and helpful.
I find the Quingo Connect Powerchair, comfortable, nippy and easy to handle, I feel safe in the chair and when going up little ramps or hills it is safe as it has the the stabilizers on the back.
I highly recommend Quingo and the Connect Powerchair, they have made my life a little more easier and I have a little more independence back.

My Father's mobility has been deteriating, so we decided to purchase a £3000 mobility Scooter to allow him to get out and about. We wanted a scooter that would work well and and last. However after 12 months, we had a major problem with the control panel and the Scooter did not work. The Scooter was only a month out of gauentee when this happened. After a long wait, we were able to get a person from Quingo to fix the scooter, however the first person did nothing to fix the Scooter but still charged a £79 call out fee. The second person who actually fixed the Scooter did a brilliant job and was very friendly, and gave us a quote of £174. Later we recieved a call where with the call out fee it was £253, where the lady reiterated that it was our fault for not extending the warrenty and looking after the scooter. My father is a disabled pensioner, he does not have much money and paying £3000 was already a big investment. He does not have the money to pay for extra warrenty. Products at the cost we paid should not break or have major faults after only a year. My Father's old scooter cost £300 and lasted nearly 8 years before having any faults. Therefore this has been an incredible waste of money. Please be careful when buying from Quingo, as they are incredibly expensive and have no care for their vunerable customers.

Excellent quality and workmanship, using this mobility scooter makes you feel safe and relaxed. The ability to mount kerbs is excellent and safe. The adjustments for foot plates and seat feel as though they are made to measure. Staff are courteous and helpful.
