The maintenance team has been really helpful and accommodating. Just for the aftercare and the help provided by the team, I'd recommend Ferrum as a great living place to live; other benefits just enhance the experience even more.

We chose Ferrum at Quintain Living for my daughter this summer, and it has ticked all our boxes: excellent transport links, great amenities and a clean, spacious, Vastu compliant layout which I have outlined in my latest blog at Vastuforabundance.

The Ferrum maintenance team deserves special recognition. They are exceptionally prompt, friendly and helpful. When my daughter needed help adding salt to her dishwasher, a senior member of the resident maintenance team personally came down within ten minutes of my request. That willingness to help with everyday things makes a real difference. The concierge team is equally welcoming and approachable. Knowing someone is available 24/7 gives us real peace of mind as parents.

A heartfelt thank you to both teams for their service. Additionally your warmth and care are a big part of what makes Ferrum feel like home. Highly recommended!

Very nice looking apartment and it's very easy to get to places from here. The staff here are amazing. If you have any problems in the flat, they're there to help.

I also like how it's surrounded by a busy atmosphere and an opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. Wembley has never been this exciting before (and I used to live in the area when I was a kid, so I know 🤭🤭☺️)

The leasing team was very knowledgable about their properties, recommended units that were within budget. The signature process was straight forward. Moving in was a breeze and the unit was in good shape. Building and amenities are well maintained and issues attended to quickly.

Have not lived here for long but the experience so far has been completely fenomenal!! Moving in to a new place has never been this smooth in my life thanks to Lucien and his wonderful team! They are so attentive and always make sure that me and my flatmate are happy with their work and they are always just one phone call away and solves any problem that we are having immediately, so a big thank you to Lucien and Andrea that I have had the pleasure of meeting so far from the team! Couldn’t be happier with their amazing service!!

Living in Ferrum has been a fantastic experience. While the facilities are clean and modern, what really makes it for me is the staff, especially the maintenance staff. Lucian and the team are very supportive and responsive, and are keen on ensuring the tenants have a comfortable living experience.

Absolutely love living at Ferrum! The interiors are stunning, thoughtfully designed, and finished to an exceptional standard. The overall living experience has been fantastic and genuinely feels like home.

I've lived at Ferrum for over 4 years and couldn't be happier. The location, the building and the safety are all great, and the team is the best part. We feel so looked after here.

Really happy to be living at Ferrum. It’s my first time living in London and I feel very lucky to have found such a nice place. The building is modern, the facilities are great, and everything feels really well looked after.
