Living here for the past few months, awesome place to be in very close proximity of tube and grocery shops like LIDL, Sainsbury and LDO as well.

Also they organise free events including brunch’s and beer and sometimes morning breakfast as well.

Helpful 24hrs concierge!!
Good free wifi and free Gym 🏋

Paying 2.5k for an 1 bedroom apartment only to be stuck in a house that smells like weed daily every winter.
Random people who don’t live here gather on the staircase and smoke weed. I have to keep calling security who will eventually come leisurely to escort the strangers out.

Nice flats. Events team putting on more events. Halloween event was fun. Great setup lots of drinks food. Friendly staff. Could increase number of residents to events space can accommodate more.

From the very beginning, Komar was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. He made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free, answering every question clearly and patiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and knows exactly what he’s doing, a true professional and a great salesman! I’m really happy with the whole experience.

I had a great experience with my stay, the concierge especially Kusum was quite helpful.

The building is very nice, clean, and well maintained, which makes it a lovely place to stay. My time here was short as I was looking after a pet dog, but I really appreciated the support of our concierge, Kulsum. She is very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Her presence truly added to my experience and made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

I’ve been living at Landsby West for a month and it’s been great so far! The concierge and maintenance teams are always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever needed. The only issue was on moving day when my flat was painted at the same time I moved in, but apart from that everything has been smooth. Really happy to call this place home!

I have to be thankful for Kulsum who helped my auntie, with her shopping bags at the Lansby walkway. I know it's not her job to do so, but it was such a kind gesture.

I live in Landsby West block and the atmosphere is made more very friendly and welcoming by the cool guy at the reception desk called Milton. Every one is greeted always with a smile and I always drop by to have a nice chat with him. He ia always ready to help and is a wicked sense of humor. We need more staff like m!

The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The facilities are great, spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained. I was having issues with booking a family member into the car park but this matter was handled swiftly and efficiently by Kulsum who was very helpful and was able to resolve this matter. Would recommend to anyone visiting or looking for a place to rent.

Milton help me to kill the spider in my room and he was very helpful

We lost one of our house keys quite a while ago. After looking for a while, we gave up and paid for the spare key, which we happened to lose again :)

Kulsum, who is one of the staff at reception notified us that she found the first key that we lost and gave it back to us. Since both the apartment tenants work, this is really important for us and I really appreciate this gesture.

We pay too much rent and not get our washer/dryer fix quickly!!!! Emailed last week and we were being passed on after mint! SAFETY TOO IS A CONCERN. They let trespassers get away. Security only lasts 2 days then they're gone.

We have been living in Quintain past 6yrs..and we love the team.. I must say it’s been a super smooth ride for us past 6yrs.. we love the team, safety, it’s pet friendly, safe for kids.. all in all a happy experience

we enjoy every single day we live there as a family. The facilities and atmosphere of the community is very safe and friendly.
Emilia is amazing she always one call away when we need things sorted in the flat or anything you wanted to ask she is always professionally and patiently dealing with our needs.

Definitely live here if you want to be ripped off, live with sewage smells constantly coming through the drains, outside and corridors, deal with broken lifts on the regular and have to climb up to 16 flights of stairs, have you car stuck in the car park because the barriers break and not be let into your building when there’s an event on. To top it off the staff change quicker there than the weather says it all

I have had the absolute pleasure of living at Quintain Living's Landsby East for the past 4.5 years, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and designed with residents' comfort in mind, making it feel like home from day one. The sense of community here is unmatched, and it’s evident that the team at Quintain Living takes great pride in ensuring residents are happy.

A special thank you to Faysal for his excellent management – his professionalism, attention to detail, and approachable nature have truly made a difference. Faysal’s dedication to keeping everything running smoothly does not go unnoticed, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents. His handling of my unit transfer has been exceptional and has kept me stress-free!

She started the process quickly and professionally, making what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless. Living at Landsby East has been a joy, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Quintain Living to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free rental experience. I just want to leave the most glowing review for Faysal for his exceptional service as the overall resident manager in Landsby. He is a fantastic asset to the Quintain team and I think that his exceptional service, work ethic and professionalism deserves to be highlighted.

I've lived in Landsby for over 4 years, and in that time Faysal has consistently gone above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues I have had over this time. He's always a phone call away if you need anything, and without fail will go out of his way to make sure that your experience of your tenancy in Landsby is excellent all the way through. For example, he's helped me a number of times with queries about renewal of my tenancy or with regards to maintenance issues!

On top of this, I have seen Faysal treat other residents with the same conscientious approach, which shows you his commitment to professionalism and really enhancing the living experience of all residents.

The pricing of this home rental company is outrageously high, making it incredibly difficult to justify the cost. The rental rates are far from reasonable, especially considering the size of the apartments, which often fail to meet expectations. The lack of balance between price and apartment size leaves much to be desired.
