We had a fantastic experience working with Quontic Bank for our mortgage. We worked with Fulvio, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the mortgage process, always quick to answer questions and explain things clearly.

Fulvio helped us secure a great rate, and the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we felt fully prepared and confident thanks to his support. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and would absolutely recommend Quontic Bank, and especially Fulvio, to anyone looking to finance their home.

I’ve had a great experience thus far with Quontic Bank! Opening and funding my Money Market account was fairly easy. It was also easy to set up transfers from my other banks. The process to order checks took time to find and was a slow process. However, the first order being free was great since I don’t plan to use many checks from this account. My only critique is the transparency about the rate movement on the account. The stated APY and rate don’t seem to match but I could be wrong. Either way it’s not clear. Also, it’s not clear when the interest is credited to the account. Otherwise, it has been a painless experience opening and maintaining this account.

UPDATE 3/23/2025: A few days after posting the review, Quontic did connect, solved my problem, and provided detailed instructions. My only remaining complaint is that there is a $2000 daily and $10000 monthly cap for ACH inbound transfers. I wanted to bring in more than this, so I initiated a wire from my local bank (but they charge $25 to wire money). Instead, my bank suggested using cashier's check. I learned from Quontic that they do not accept deposits by mail. Drats! I did end up paying $25 to wire, and that worked smoothly.

My recent experience was unsatisfying. I want to know how to fund my Quontic MMA account by initiating a wire transfer @ Quontic. That is how I funded my initial deposit when opening my account but can't use that method going forward. I messaged customer service about this but got no response.

Quontic team have knowledge and professionalism to guide me smoothly for my mortgage loan. Very happy with the outcome. They work very hard for customers and cares to get things done on time.

So far, opening a Money Market account with Quontic has been an excellent decision. I’m only a month into having opened the account. You are limited to an initial deposit of $1000 and you have to wait a month (I believe?) before you are able to transfer funds from outside banks to your MM account through the Quontic app. However, you can still send funds to your MM account at Quontic through your other banking institution’s transfer systems. And you can’t beat the highly competitive rate of return at Quontic!

All good. Only if could link external banks.

Quontic Bank exceeded our expectations. The team was patient, proactive, and professional. We could not be happier with how things went and will only use Quontic Bank in the future.

We have never experienced such a smooth transaction when applying for a mortgage, and we are now in our new home.

Better to get away from this broker quick, they have nothing to offer.

I can’t access my notifications online every time I swipe my debit card for purchases the push notification will not work . I may have to change banks do discover

This bank is simply underhanded. They sent a paper letter (no email) on the date my CD matured giving me 10 days to stop the auto-renewal. I got the letter a day after the 10 day period was over. And they asked for 3 months of interest when I called them on day 12 after the date it renewed. Other banks offer 30 days and you can do this electronically and not have to cancel. Quontic is not a place to trust your money in

Same experience as the others in the reviews, went through the whole process to set up a CD account, as s very highly qualified applicant, We have many other CDs, people offering us financing of all sorts based upon our credit status. We have never encountered an issue with any bank until Quontic. Got a quick automated denial and the bank was unable to help and that it was my responsibility to look at my account and fix and there was nothing they could tell me or do to help me. Makes no sense and quite frankly supports a significant drop in the rating of the bank.

Going thru mortgage financing can be very painful Quontic Bank made the process much easier! With Marcelo Bianchi-Montana and Patricia Almodovar leading the process, communication and professionalism far exceeded expectations. I look forward to working with you guys again in the future!

Cory and Ashley were excellent to work with answered all my questions throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company that anybody that is struggling with getting finances that is Self-Employed.

Same experience as the others, went through the whole process to set up a CD account, very well qualified applicant, I ladder CD's everywhere, never encountered an issue with any bank until Quontic. Got an automated denial and the bank refused to help me on the phone saying there is no way to remedy it or send proof of my identity. Absolutely kafka-esque experience.

I tried to open an account online. Before doing so, I contacted them to ask if I needed to unlock my credit report before submitting the application, and they said "No, we don't recommend you do that". I submitted the application, and in a matter of seconds it popped up a message that I was denied, and said they were sending an email with more details. Bear in mind this was not for a loan or anything like that, just to open an account. The email didn't really say anything, so I called them. They told me they couldn't be sure why I was denied (!), because it was determined by a 3rd party, but reviewing my application, they said it was probably because my credit report was frozen! I said, "Well, I did ask you about that. I guess I need to unfreeze it and reapply". She said, "Unfortunately, our policy is not to accept someone after they have been denied once. You can try again in a few months". Are you kidding me?!! My credit score is over 800, and I did nothing but follow their instructions. Absolutely ridiculous.
