Staff member was polite and helpful and a better price agreed. It is just that you always have to go through this process, rather than a better price offered in the first place, especially when you have not made any claims since starting the insurance. There should be better prices for those who work hard at ensuring they are not involved in an accident.

In order to change my registration number
The RAC would charge me £75
I felt this was an excessive charge but the RAC just said tough
So I decided to arrange insurance elsewhere
With a company that have a policy of customer service
When trying to cancel the policy with almost 4 months to run
I was informed that the cancellation fee was exactly the same as the cancellation value of the policy
If they can't get you one way they will get you another
All in all I feel like I've been ripped off by the RAC and will never deal with them again

As mentioned I was experiencing problems at the final stages of completing payments method because Nationwide provided an incorrect contact number for my One Time Passcode.
