RAC is happy to take your money andâŠ
RAC is happy to take your money and sell you breakdown cover, but when you actually break down abroad, itâs a nightmare. We broke down in France in an old camper and getting help has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I feel completely let down by RAC.

99% increase with no policy changes?
Policy last year £512, auto renewal arrived this morning £1,032 - no change to policy, no claims, went through decline process and it auto lowered to £938. Still not renewing with RAC - comparison sites offering lots of alternatives starting at £500.
