Jeg er super glad for jeres kvalitets tøjstativer , som jeg har købt 4 stk af. Sidst bestilte jeg ekstra kroge til at eftermontere Jeg kunne ikke finde ud af at eftermontere disse , da jeg modtog dem. Men fik en rigtig god hjælp , både telefonisk og og mail. Rigtig god service Birthe

According to confirmation via email from GLS, the delivery would consist of 5 packages. However, only 4 packages were delivered - something we discovered when we were about to start assembling. Have reported the "problem" to RackBuddy, and hope they can track down the whereabouts of the 5th (missing) package. Since we have not been able to assemble yet, we cannot comment on quality and function.

Die Bestellung ging problemlos. Der Garderobenständer kam schnell an, der Aufbau war einfach und et sieht schön und hochwertig aus.

Déçue des finitions, quelques petits détails cependant pour le prix pas anodins.
Tubes simples de portant pas ébavurés franchement pour le prix du dressing..! Et donc qui rayent : Matière qui marque et raye facilement problématique quant aux manipulations à effectuer (avec tubes pas ébavurés). Certaines pièces nécessitant 3 trous pour fixation murale, pas percées sur les trois trous, problématique idem quand on n’a pas de quoi percer du métal chez soi… Sinon j’aurais apprécié une notice papier mais ça c’est très perso. Cordialement

Very friendly and easy communication. I was able to customize my own rack so it fits perfectly into my space! The whole process was uncomplicated, and delivery was also really fast. Even though I could only choose one color (the others were not available for customization), I’m very happy with the end result.

The ordering process was straightforward and very quick. And although the item was custom-made, it was delivered very quickly. We were aware of the rustic look and that's exactly what we wanted. So everything was great.

Quick shipping, quality product, slow response rate. I emailed them for two weeks without a question (used email address they provide on their website). It wasn’t until I posted a review here that they responded

Vi är helnöjda med både leverans och produkt. Beställde stänger (Original)med tillbehör som bildar klädstång i vår lilla groventre. Mycket stabil och bra kvalitet. Blev bättre än förväntat.

Vi beställde en tyngre leverans till vårt företag med leverans till företagsadress. Vi har öppet varje vardag mellan 9–17 och har varit bemannade under hela perioden. Trots detta levererades paketet till ett ombud cirka en kilometer bort.

Jag har varit i kontakt med Rackbuddy för att få leveransen omdirigerad till företaget, men har fått besked om att detta inte är möjligt och att vi själva måste hämta paketet hos ombudet. Med tanke på paketets vikt är detta mycket svårt för oss att genomföra.

Svaret jag har fått är att det “ibland inte går att leverera om ingen varit på plats”, men detta stämmer inte i vårt fall då vi haft öppet alla aktuella dagar (förutom röda dagar). Därför upplever vi situationen som både olycklig och frustrerande.

Vi önskar en lösning där leveransen fullföljs enligt det vi faktiskt beställde: leverans till företagsadress.
