Bought a pair of radon detectors - one upstairs, one downstairs. Unpacked and positioned in the house as per packet's instructions. Logged on to set up the account with positioning details. All done within ten minutes. Wait three months and send them back to Radonova and report emailed through within the week. for us an all clear. Worth the money to be clear about the radon risk as we have just moved to Devon with a higher than average risk. All done cost effectively and professionally.

If you are purchasing this test kit for use in Canada, I would suggest you avoid it. The return process is onerous because you are required to download an App to fill in info to mail it from a Canada Post office. This requirement was imposed on Canada Post by rules made by the current U.S governmment. I drove 12 km each way from my home to the post office, only to be told that I had to go back home and fill in documentation on the App before I can mail it at a Canada Post outlet. Even more frustrating is that now that I've completed the info on the App, it is only valid for 5 days, so I must make sure to get back to the post office before the declaration expires. I have looked into it, and there are Canadian companies also doing radon testing without this hassle of dealing with the return shipping.

I had there radon detector in my basement for 4 months. When it came time to return it for testing Canada post said I needed to fill out a declaration of duties first. This meant downloading a private app of filling out forms for duties and shipping cost. When I contacted radonova numerous times to find out if this is what I needed to do they never returned my email. Radonova has no customer service. Canadians, avoid this company! The hoops you need to jump through are just not worth it. There are much better Canadian companies. Radonova take your money, waste 4 months of your time only to throw their product into the garbage. Buy Canada! Avoid American companies at all cost!
