Absolute morons
Absolute morons. Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago - still haven't arrived. Excuses have varied between Yodels App went down and they lost tracking number. My daughter ordered shoes for her party and is devastated it would help if I could speak to a human being but unfortunately just keep getting moronic responses. Steer well clear - fraudulent

Hi Fiona, I'm sorry to see a 1 star review when our customer service team have helped as much as they can. It's true that Yodel, on this occasion, let us down and we tried to resolve the situation as best as we could, given the information available at the time.
Yodel required paperwork to be completed by you, the recipient, in order to process a claim and we cannot avoid this sadly.
We're certainty not a fraudulent company, however, you appear to have received a below acceptable service via our delivery partner, for which we can only apologise. We have to rely on third parties to deliver part of our experience, on this occasion the delivery part via Yodel, and sadly Yodel experienced some widespread IT issues during your delivery process that are outside of our control.

Disappointing
Bought a pair of flat mule sandals in the sale. It was ill-fitting as the straps were too wide which made my feet slide sideways off the shoe. This makes the shoe practically unwearable. My feet aren't narrow either, as I sometimes wear wide fit shoes.
I was going to return them but only realised then that their returns service is not free - the postage charge gets deducted from your refund, so the amount I would've gotten back wouldn't have been worth the hassle.
Disappointing purchase. Wouldn't take the risk of buying from their site.

Sorry to see a 1 star review. We can only help customers and resolve issues if they get in touch with us first then we can find the best way forward to resolve your issue.
We do charge a nominal returns fee which is a contribution to the cost of returning the item via the Royal Mail, as this allows us to maintain competitive costs across our website and saves the customer around £2-4 off the normal cost of Royal Mail for returning items.

Very Pleasantly Surprised!
Unbelievably well made shoes for the price point. I have shoes three and four times the price that do not have this craftsmanship. Also VERY comfy.

Raid Kate ankle boots white croc
I ordered Raid ankle boots in cream and black. Both boots have that unique heel shape that you Only get from Raid! I can’t wait to wear my boots. And to top it all they were on sale so bagged myself a stylish bargain. Everyone should buy their boots from Raid! :-)

Good communication & notifications
My first order with Raid, the shoes arrived quickly, well packaged and I received notifications along the way with progress from order, to being dispatched, to expected delivery timeslot. Very good all-round. Will happily be a return customer.
Oh and the shoes are lovely too (although that's for another review)

I ordered a pair of heels and the corriere ring the door and he was waiting until I opened the door to get the package, so professional because other deliveries leave your package on the floor or just throw it outside the house
& also the heels was just amazing more beautiful than in the photo , loved them!!

Sandals
Purchased a pair of sandals for a wedding. Looked beautiful on the website and speedy delivery. However, I’m not sure if I received a faulty pair, but the toe strap was so tight I could only get my big toe under it! I don’t have wide feet at all but there wasn’t a chance these were going on. Attempted to return them but they offer no returns service other than to create a return on Royal Mail and print the label yourself, which I am unable to do as I don’t have a printer. Wouldn’t waste my money with them again

Real sad to see one star review, it looks like you didn't reach out to Customer Service who would have told you that you don't need a printer at home as the Post Office would print the label for you. RAID Davina Chunky Long Boot
The purchasing of Raid Boots process was great, so quick and easy. Correspondence from purchase to delivery fab! --- The boots themselves not so good, the don't stay up and bag at the ankles. Wont buy another pair of these.
