Trying to install a new system in France with the seller. Impossible to connect the App to the controller. Rang the European contact number in France for assistance. Pressed the option as a private individual..told me to contact my retailler and put the phone down on me. Then tried with the retailler standing next to me the voice mail told him to go on the web and put the phone down on him as well…..totally useless…..

BS system that never works other then in manual. Error error error is all I get from the app.

If you have the time and energy in life to waste buy a rainbird...

major issues with the wifi connection.
when you just simply want to stop a run, cause you left the car on the lawn, or you have already manually watered, or its a hot day, so you want to water all areas, give them a once over, the wifi connection to the controller wont simply work, it will stuff you around for hours, its like its got inbuild FUOFF 2.0 installed with it. So you revert to the manual hose and sprinkler anyway.... cause you dont need to be screwed around by the interface either... which itself takes a bit of learning.

its nice to have the system automated, and linked into the water sensor, that partially works, but only if you like being screwed around many times a year.

I just cant understand why with these products, they didnt give you an option to hardwire the internet connection, if you wanted to...

had the system for years, wish I bought a different one.

Hace un año pusimos el riego subterrado para los jardines de la casa nos dijeron que Rain Bird era caro pero bueno, caro si pero bueno NO, en 14 meses una pieza o colector triple de ruberia Rain Bird da fuga por una grieta en el tubo defecto de fabricación pero ojo el conector del cual envío foto vale 18€ y se han estropeado o fan fuga de agua tres en 14 meses puesto, es un poro en mitad del tubo en el mismo sitio los tres y en Arquetas diferentes seguro queterminarr cambiando todos por avería un dineral

One day my Arc 620 Rain zBird controller stopped working. My plants were dying. I discovered my controller software needed to be updated. I did this and once again watering seemed to function. What I did not know was that there software had split my single waterings of from :30 to an hour into 8 active stations which watered for only two minutes. I’m watching expensive plants and trees die. When checking for function I would run a program, see the water turn on but not hang around to notice that everything turned off after 2 minutes. This is an appalling bug that has cost me a lot of money. If the software creates 6 stations that don’t exist that is the definition of a serious and costly bug. If I had been away, 15 years of planting would have been destroyed. Shame. Zero stars.

Uren aan het prutsen geweest om de ESP-RZXe met de LNK module aan het internet te koppelen. Er is prima wifi signaal, sterker, de router ziet gewoon een connectie met de LNK. Maar via de app kan je niet connecten. Kortom, rommel. Niet kopen is het devies. Ga nu overstappen op Hunter. Bij een vriend gezien dat dit wel goed werkt.

We ordered this item along with 3 large Rain Bird kits and some tubing. It has all worked great and is installing as expected. 1 sprinkler head was not adjusting and spinning 360 degrees. Initially customer service wasn’t helpful but I believe it was a 1 off employee and their corporate customer service has come through with flying colors! They apologized, looked into the matter and handled it internally, and have not only replaced the defective item but gave us additional replacement items. We will definitely continue to support this product and customer service.

En su modelo ESP-9V aunque claman que es IP68 no es cierto. Con solo que se humedezca la parte superior afecta al display y al teclado no pudiendo volver a programar nada. Para colmo, si lo abres para intentar arreglarlo (Rain Bird no se hace responsable del fallo descrito) este sellado internamente con epoxi lo que hace imposible su reparación. Cualquier otra marca

Ik heb het aangeschaft via mijn installateur. Vanaf het begin krijg je de melding dat de app geen contact kan maken met controller. dit betekend dat we elke keer als we willen sproeien 4 keer op de knieën in de bezemkast moeten om het systeem handmatig in te schakelen (4 zones). De installateur heeft het al opgegeven en wij zitten met de problemen. Advies niet kopen

en possession du modèle ESP TM2 depuis moins d'un an, je constate : a) que le reset (suppression) des programmes enregistrés est impossible, tant avec le bouton reset (inutile) qu'en débranchant l'appareil. b) ce problème m'a également permis de constater que le réseau revendeur ne proposait aucune solution c) que le siège Rain Bird (04) n'était qu'un répondeur téléphonique qui vous ballade pour finalement vous dire de raccrocher. Je regrette mon vieux modèle "Image" qui datait d'une époque où Rain Bird était synonyme de professionnalisme et de qualité

programmateur arrosage Rainbird wpx ; comme beaucoup de personnes , les touches ne fonctionnent plus à cause de l'humidité pour un programmateur vendu étanche ??? rien a faire ; impossible de démonter ; plus de contact ; après 3 ans , 130€ à la poubelle ... surtout ne pas acheter ce produit ; regardez les tutos et les avis sur ce produit ....

Continue disconnessioni, sistema inaffidabile. Sulla nuova app (2.0) manca ancora la centralina ESP-RZXE! Un anno fa hanno detto che stavano 'lavorando duramente' per aggiungerla, fate ridere, imbarazzante, RAIN BIRD... VERGOGNA !!!

Das Rainbird Bewässerungssystem wurde von unserem Gärtner ausgelegt und installiert. Grundsätzlich funktioniert es sehr gut, jedoch war die Steuerung über WLAN nicht zu aktivieren. Auch nach dreistündigem Einsatz eines Softwarespezialisten und Support von Rainbird/USA blieb das erfolglos. Das WLAN Modul haben wir an unseren Gärtner zurückgegeben. Der Kaufpreis wurde erstattet. Ich habe einen eigenen WLAN Workaround erfolgreich installiert.

j'ai acheté un programmateur d'arrosage Rainbird ZA84002 le 17 juillet 2024, sur amazon , le programmateur s'est mis en fonction continue: je me suis trouvé avec une arrosage continue de 18 heures qui a inondé le jardin, le programmateur ne fonctionne plus et il a pris l'eau à l'intérieur.
impossible de les contacter, téléphone : boite vocale avec menu qui au bout de quelques chiffres elle vous invite à raccrocher. C'est scandaleux d'avoir un SAV si mauvais pour une marque qui se dit professionnel et de qualité. Bon je doit chercher une autre marque pour l'installation de l'arrosage automatique, ça n'inspire pas confiance 'rainbird'

Bought 3 complete irrigation systems made by Rainbird to do a full garden and the timer’s plastic threaded nut to faucet split and failed in a few weeks, then another failed and another - so a design fault. Rainbird in good faith sent out new ones but for some unknown reason the label did not have my surname and so the package was misplaced. Rainbird would NOT send out further replacements. Jose in Customer service was quite good at getting replacement shame about the label!

Purchased a brand new Rain Bird timer and it failed within a week, caused a major leak and resulted in a $1,750 in monthly utility bill. The worst product ever. AVOID unless you want a big utility bill yourself.

Le formulaire de contact via leur site internet est totalement inutile pour les particuliers, puisqu'il n'y a aucune réponse de la part des services.
Déplorable lorsqu'un appareil est hors d'usage prématurément, ils se cachent derrière leurs distributeurs.
Je ferai en sorte d'éviter cette marque à l'avenir.

If you have a major issue and they say we will get back to you, forget it. You are on your own. I called them approximately three times with the same issue. They were to escalate it and get back to me. I was told this on two different occasions and they never contacted me over phone or email. The issue still exists. They are the worst.

le lendemain du dépôt d avis sur truspilot Mr BARRERE de rain bird, répond a mon mail, de deux semaines avant ,et m invite a télécharger une nouvelle version pour corriger mon problème d heure sur mon appareil (version beta)

Tuve que cambiar todos los aparatos temporizadores de riego rain bird en el jardín, no funcionaron ni un año, precio caro y mala calidad. Ahora he puesto unos que compré en Leroy Merlin y han ido fenomenal, me costaron menos de la mitad de precio que los de rain bird...
