They only shipped part of my order. It was about 1/3 or what I ordered. When I contacted them, they said everything had been delivered.

Quando ho avuto dei piccoli problemi,dovuti ad aggiornamenti o programmazione, il servizio clienti via mail è risultato essere perfetto, celere e con soluzioni in brevissimo tempo,non rispondono dall italia ma dopo pochi minuti rispondevano già alle mail. Ormai è un anno che ho l'impianto installato e sono contento della scelta fatta.

Twice in the last couple of years I have needed help on two different Rainbird systems and I called Customer Service. They answered and gave me the best help, I can’t say enough about the good help they give over the phone. Both times it solved the issue I was having. Thank you Rainbird!

Very impressed with our controller. The wireless option makes it easy to run.

Our WPX controller was installed new in August 2020 - It cost NZD495 + labour. Today none of the buttons operate deeming our whole irrigation system useless. Today the installer told us: “The WPX is notoriously unreliable & is not waterproof” I am furious at this advice & feel like I’ve been conned

I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I thought a company like Rain Bird would have their crap together. NOT! They will quote a delivery date when you order. Do not believe it! My order did not even ship until the day before it was due to arrive. When I contacted them they said that date is just an estimate. Nowhere did it say that is an estimate. I planned to install the day after the delivery date. They say it could be 5-10 days before I see the product. Such deception! I would have gone to a local retailer had I known. Do not buy from them. You have been warned.

Le SAV n’existe pas pour les particuliers, ce n’est pas juste un mot, il n’existe vraiment pas, ils ne parlent pas aux particuliers. Passez votre chemin, il y a sûrement d’autres marques beaucoup mieux. HONTEUX pour une société comme ça.

I bought the Rain Bird Planter Bed Spray-to-Drip Retrofit Kit for $301.91. After I purchased, I wondered if I saved any money by buying a kit instead of à la carte. I added all the individual components in the kit, and it was $100 cheaper to buy à la carte instead of the kit!

I immediately contacted customer support to ask for the order to be cancelled because there was no option to cancel the order by myself. This was less than an hour after I had ordered. The company shipped my order anyways 9 hours after my cancellation order, and responded to cancellation request email two hours after they shipped the product and ELEVEN hours after my cancellation email to say they cannot cancel the order because it as already shipped.

I checked my tracking order, and only the information was sent to FedEx but the item hadn't arrived to the FedEx facility yet. Now I have to pay out of my own pocket to ship the product back when they could have honored my cancellation request that I sent hours ago.

What's even more suspicious is I opted for free shipping which estimated my order to arrive in two weeks. Instead I got next day delivery which they charge $60 for, and I highly suspect it's because they saw my cancellation email request so they quickly shipped my product out.

Never trust a company that won't let you cancel your order! It's a scummy business move and I will never purchase another product from them again.

Purchased the Rain Bird training for online certification. After many emails with the company, I was unable to view the modules. I tried at home and in the office. I tried on an iPad, laptop, phone, and desktop. When I asked for a refund, the company refused. I am unable to view the content, therefore I am unable to get certified. Very disappointed with the company.

Purchased Rain Bird ST8o WiFi 2.0 Controller to replace our aging Toro unit.
At first, I was frustrated that I could not get it to connect to my WiFi.
Fortunately, persistence pays off and I found Simon Bando Area Manager Rain Bird AU. He sorted me out in a couple of phone calls and now, with his expert assistance, I have it working perfectly. Does exactly what is meant to do and I am looking forward to years of easy irrigation management.

I live in Spain and had a professional landscape company install irrigation using 5 x Rainbird WPX programmers. One failed within a few months and was replaced under warranty. The others all failed during their second year, including the replacement....but were deemed out of warranty. 100% failure. I wrote to the Rainbird EU HQ complaining and didn't even receive a reply. One of their dealers in Spain, Viagua es acknowledges Rainbird controllers are unreliable and recommends he sell you other brands.

Now, that is some product endorsement!
