The issue was solved
I give one star only because I have not received my purchase.
The paints are amazing â I ordered them before and was very satisfied. This time I ordered a bit more before Christmas. My order was completed only on 28.12.25, and then I received a parcel that was not mine, although it had my address on it.
I tried to contact the company by phone and by email, but got no response. I still donât have my purchase. Very disappointed.
The update about my purchase (16.01.25)- I achieved my goal with this review; my voice was heard. We spoke this morning, and the package will be sent to me, so Iâm changing my rating from one star to five. My advice: donât plan home renovations during the Christmas holidays ð
