My experience was terrible from the product and the customer service I received. I ordered one coloured sign for my daughter’s bedroom but two arrived, one was coloured but the colour was not of a good quality to be polite and the second was just a plain wooden sign. I had only ordered the one sign but was charged for both, I emailed and what’s app’d my concerns and disappointment. I asked for my money to be refunded as I was charged £22 for two small signs one of which was just not worth what the price was based on what I thought I’d be getting and the second just thrown onto the invoice which I was expected to pay unwontedly. Every response I received when making and a private complaint which I was hoping to be resolved just got thrown back at me with no explanation, just a simple sorry and sorry you were disappointed. I would recommend ordering elsewhere to avoid paying ridiculous amounts just to be ripped off.

Absolutely love my name sign for my son’s room. My parcel arrived damaged through absolutely no fault of the seller. It was the delivery company who didn’t handle it carefully. I received a brand new sign within days of contacting after sending a few quick and easy photos of proof. Macie at customer service was great. The sign is absolutely amazing quality for the price. As a lot of website have very expensive prices for not as good a product. Definitely recommend the quality and value and fabulous and great customer service.

Very disappointed with my order. Why would you have pre drilled holes all the way through the sign meaning you would see the screws from the front? There’s no images online showing the holes for installation. I wrote an online feedback to which was ignored expressing how disappointed I was. The colour is not white. But that I could have ignored but the fact there holes are all the way through is such a shame and a waste as we don’t want you to have screws shown from the front.

I ordered a picture frame with song lyrics for my friends wedding , it came in time and was well packaged .
I had an enquiry and I would have to say customer service was excellent and would have no hesitation recommending this company .

Absolutely loved my order so sentimental and the fact that you could change the way you say “mom and dad” was very nice🥹 something I get to keep forever definitely worth getting and the price was very convenient

1 star is still alot as no stars would have been ideal.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with A Beautiful Sign.

I placed an order on 7th June 2026 and was excited to receive a personalised sign for my nursery. Unfortunately, when the sign arrived, the name was spelled incorrectly. Assuming I may have made the mistake myself, I checked my order confirmation email, only to find that I had submitted the correct spelling from the beginning.

I contacted the company immediately, providing photographs of the sign and explaining the issue. I received an apology and was assured that a replacement sign with the correct spelling would be sent.

Fast forward to 19th June, when the replacement arrived. To my disbelief and disappointment, the second sign was exactly the same, with the name still spelled incorrectly despite the issue being clearly highlighted and the correct spelling being confirmed multiple times.

I have once again contacted the company, sent photographs, and expressed my concerns, but I am still waiting for a response. At this stage, I am genuinely questioning how the same mistake could be made twice after it had already been identified and discussed.

This has caused a significant inconvenience, as I have been unable to complete my baby's nursery while waiting for the correct sign. As a first-time customer, having read so many positive reviews, this is far from the level of service I expected.

I understand that mistakes happen, but repeating the exact same error on a replacement order is unacceptable. To make matters worse, communication has been slow and responses have been significantly delayed throughout the process.

Sadly, I have now lost confidence that I will ever receive the correct sign. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Easy to customise what you want! And beautifully made all my visions for my little boys room came to life all because of a beautiful sign! Couldn’t recommend more x

I purchased a custom sign with a very special meaning from this very lovely company many months ago in preparation for when we started our baby girls nursery.

Although we still haven’t completed it, we put the sign up today and we’re just so beyond thrilled with it. It looks incredible!

I liaised with Macie on WhatsApp about design, colouring, fonts etc and she was so helpful, very responsive and I was really pleased with the cost, the quality and the speed of delivery.

Great communication and very willing to help when I wasn’t sure what font to use! The colour was absolutely perfect and I didn’t think I’d ever match the nursery. Can honestly say 10 out of 10! First item arrived damaged no fault of there's presume it was the delivery drivers however I got in touch and instantly they sent me a new sign with a few added touches ! Absolutely incredible can say my new born baby is going to have the best room thanks to A beautiful sign! Also have to add how the packaged the second sign no damage would of found its way through that! Absolutely amazing , thankyou so much 💓

MOST RECENT EDIT- I gave them benefit of the doubt as it got lost in the post, however since writing about them refunding me weeks ago, i still have not recieved my money back!!! They're not aanswering my messages now & I'm sick of waiting now so the bad review returns 👍🏼

EDIT- Macie has been really helpful in resolving this & issuing me a refund. It seems mine got lost in the post unfortunately, not this companies fault.

Ordered an item in February for mother's day in March, its now April and I still haven't got it! Mid march I was told it's definitely on the way..... sooo where is it??

I have bought 3 lovely wooden personalised names over the last 3 years for my kids toy boxes I have made.
The font, packaging and item has always been amazing!

Amazing seller, was very accommodating and fast at messaging back on socials, sending various fonts and colour samples to make sure it was right for our nursery rather than just going by their website! Would definitely purchase again xxx
