Weâre sorry to hear that the pens did not perform as you expected on your notice board. While the pens can usually be cleaned with water on non porous, suitable surfaces, some materials can be more absorbent or textured, which may cause pigment to remain visible even after cleaning. This can unfortunately affect how easily the ink can be fully removed.
Our cleaner is designed to help in these situations by lifting any residue left behind on more challenging surfaces. That said, we do appreciate how frustrating this must have been, especially if this was not clear at the time of purchase.
