My heart sank to my stomach. I met someone on Discord who promised to teach me staking rewards. The scammer even sent me 1.83 USDC with which I registered and deposited into this website, showed me how to trade, and I made some profit and even withdrew 4.07 USDC. The scammer then advised that I invest more so I can get greater rewards. So I took out a business loan for $372,678 and deposited it, followed all the instructions and was able to take my balance to $3,043,729. I was so excited, so I decided to withdraw $2,448,928, but was told the amount is too large, I would need to pay a 18% tax clearance ($440,807). I quickly took another loan and paid it since I was sure withdrawal was possible because I had withdrawn in the past. Then they demanded another 18% international release fee, which was when it dawned on me that it was a con. I explained to my credit provider, and he referred me to a crypto recovery specialist (fiscop advisor), who started tracing the movements of the USDC until it was sold on Coinbase. The scammers' bank info was obtained, and he was caught, and the USDC reversed.

Hidas, tahallinen (?)viivyttely rahojen pois saamiseksi. Epäselvät viestitykset vaikka on suomen kieltä, ei ymmärrä. Monta viestiä tullut viikon aikana eikä edelleenkään rahoja näy vastatilillä. Onneksi kokeilin pienemmällä summalla, mutta jää epäluotettava kuva. En suosittele.

Completely unresponsive to emails….

Ich war nach etlichen Jahren als Kunde im Zusammenhang mit einer Steuerunterlage recht unzufrieden. Nach mehreren Reklamationen wurde mir aber der entstandene Schaden erstattet. Immerhin

Konto bei Raisin für Tagesgeld abgeschlossen. Summe hat sich nach der "ursprünglich angegebenen Summe" geringfügig geändert, was eigentlich bei Tagesgeld kein Problem sein dürfte...nun liegt das Geld auf dem Raisin-Konto und es passiert einfach nix!
Das Schlimmste ist dass ich kein Zugriff mehr auf das Geld habe!
Seit Tagen versuche ich den Kundenservice zu erreichen...
Ich bekomme keine Antwort!
Habe das Konto jetzt wieder gekündigt mal sehen wann sich der Kundenservice endlich bei mir meldet...
Ich kann nur raten "Hände weg" von diesem unseriösen Laden!

So slow to withdraw your money. 2.5 days to get it out and they don't pay interest in that time. So that means they invest your money for those days at your expense and they keep the gain. Outrageous. I closed my account with them after a week to move it to a standard bank where your money can be immediately withdrawn. Don't go near them.

Raisinilla tarvitaan sähkölaskun kopiosta lähtien epäolennaisia tietoja. Vakuutusmaksu ei käy osoitetodisteena. Harmi, että ehdin heille jo antaa mm. passin tiedot.

Auch 1 Stern ist hier zu viel! Sehr sehr inkompetenter telefonischer Support, scheint, die Dame zu überfordert. Undurchsichtige Oberfläche, keine Möglichkeit, Geld auf das Girokonto zurück zu buchen!Geldanlage mit nach Ablauf der Zinszeit zwangsweise Verlängerung bei Partnerbank. Nach diesem Reinfall Konto gekündigt, das bereits eingezahlte Geld sollte sofort wieder auf mein Konto zurück gebucht werden. Antwort: Das Konto ist nun eingefroren. Eine Rückbuchung kann bis zu 5 Tagen dauern. Und das in Zeiten, wo es Onlineüberweisungen gibt. Finger weg von diesem Newcomer!

I put money in this bank because of the large interest they were paying. Their site says that they an FDIC member, which led me to think they were insured. They are not. I tried to transfer funds, and they would not do it. They delayed it for days, so they could hold it over the weekend. After I threatened a complaint to CFPB, I saw the pending transaction show up on my Wells Fargo account, only to be removed an hour later.
I requested this on 12/1. I still don't have the money
on 12/7. Never again, will I trust them.

I have been attempting to resolve an issue with Raisin for over a month regarding the update of my external account information and the withdrawal of my funds. I was initially informed that the withdrawal had been completed and sent to my bank. However, after contacting Raisin again to report that my bank had not received the deposit, I subsequently received an email stating that the funds had been returned.

My bank has confirmed that they have neither received nor returned any funds from Raisin for any of my accounts. It now appears that the routing number provided by my bank is designated for wire transfers rather than ACH transfers.

Raisin is now requiring that I repeat the same initial process—a process that previously took an entire month before I was able to access my funds. Additionally, customer support has been inconsistent; you rarely speak with the same representative twice, and wait times are often extremely long.

I strongly advise others to avoid using this platform. There are more reliable and transparent alternatives available.

Habe von der rasin.bank /Weltsparendie Greensil Bank vermittelt bekommen.
Nach der Pleite hatte ich 100.000 Euro Verlust
Sollte für die Rente sein.
Raisin hat keine Endschädigung gezahlt.

Quite possibly the worst bank in the country -

NO SUPPORT at weekends when you need it the most
Cant take all of your monies out
Provide investments and do not always inform you of rate deceases
Rate decreases massive

As soon as we have removed our funds definitley on our black list

Avoid this company like the plague. Even if you close your account, THEY WILL NEVER TAKE YOU OFF THEIR EMAIL LISTS. You will receive marketing emails from them for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. I think companies like this should be banned from advertising!

My CD matured and I requested that the funds be wired from my Raisin account to my external account as I used to do with them. It's been now THREE weeks and a transaction that with some banks takes only a few minutes has yet to be done. The only customer service phone number they provide is one for leaving messages.

I left several phone messages. Sent dozens of email messages since that's the only way you can contact them. All I get is automated messages acknowledging my message and that "we will get back to you " and NOBODY GETS BACK to you.

Worse: since last week, they cut access to my account, so I can't see what's going on.

I have 40 years experience investing through various financial outfilts, Raisin is clearly the WORST financial institution ever. If I had known how dreadful they are, I would NEVER have given them my money since now I have to spend a lot of time, energy and money to file complaints through the German bank regulator (BaFin) and take a lawyer to initiate legal proceedings to get my funds back.

I reached out to some of Raisin's leaders (CEO Tamas Giorgadse, Chief Client Officer Katharina Lueth) via LinkedIn. Same thing: they acknowledge your message "we will tell the team to fix this", nothing happens and after that silence from them.

Raisin is to be avoided at all costs. If only I had read some of the horror stories I now see about them I would NEVER have trusted Raisin with my money.

Eigentlich ist Raisin eine gute Bank. Weltsparen ist kein schlechtes Angebot. Was ich allerdings extrem mies finde ist, wenn eine Bank Prämien auslobt und diese dann nicht einlöst. Ich hätte eine Softwarelizenz für WiSo erhalten sollen, bekam diese aber nicht. Auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Das ist Nepp!
