Been a Raisin platform client since Jan 2023 so well into my 4th year now and have had truly a profitable experience! Customer service normally quite good and even when a lesser experienced rep seems unable to proceed there are supervisors or managers who step in and get the ball home. Good support by phone and email both and exceptions to policy were indeed made when I advocated for myself in a couple of instances too - always a good thing to see from any corporate entityâïž. For fixed income investing Iâd recommend Raisin for sure!

The interest rate being paid is higherâŠ
The interest rate being paid is higher than anywhere else so that is a major plus. Website is easy to navigate. I have only been using a couple of months. I like that I can set up recurring monthly deposits. The only downside is the money is not insured so I only put in what I can afford to lose.
