AWFUL!!!! I have been trying to get my money from my account for weeks now. It is a hefty amount and at first they needed to verify my bank account. Which is so confusing because this where my original transfer came from, but ok. Once verified, it was going to take 3 business days. On the 4th day when I realized my money was not there, I called and they told me it hadn't gotten approved. Why do I need to jump through hoops to get me money. Cannot transfer funds from another bank - only the one registered and takes 60 days to change to another bank
I need to transfer funds from another institution but cannot because i can only use the bank i registered. All banks nowadays can transfer funds immediately, not having to wait for 60 days to change bank than transfer funds in.
