Agent was able to track down my bonus offer and inform me that processing was underway. I actually receive the bonus deposit the very next day. Raisin customer service is excellent. The banking product they offer is solid. I am pleased with their offerings and service.

My question regarding beneficiary assignment was answered. I would have liked the ability to name a contingent or secondary beneficiary, rather than only the choice to (1) name a 100% POD beneficiary (with no contingent beneficiary) or (2) assign a 50-50 split to beneficiaries.

Creating an account was easy…any questions I had were addressed quickly and the communication was clear and concise. Really happy with my experience and investment into Raisin.

They each did an excellent job I am tech challenged but I was able to join the meeting and learn how to move about your platform with a bit more comfort. I had to contact Raisin twice. The second time because I couldn't remember what the representative the first time told me. Both representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very patient in helping me with my questions. I would recommend Raisin.
