Wording In email was incorrect
The associate was
Pleasant and clarified the situation.
My email said my CD was set to renew. Upon inspection of my account and I could only find it in the historic section, my CD was placed by Hanover bank in my cash account. Had I not looked I would not have known my CD was not renewed The email from Raisin should have stated that so it would alert me to money being in my cash account.

Customer service is great at Raisin
Customer service is great at Raisin. Jack O'C is always very helpful in a genuinely friendly way. You will know it is him by his lovely Irish accent and competence. He helped me when I initially signed up with Raisin and again today to help with updating a linked external account.

I had to do some serious business today…
I had to do some serious business today with a few of my raisin accounts. I was unable to get into my new account I was setting up. Jack was very helpful as we needed to go over every thing I was doing. It involved 4 accounts. Jack was a huge help and spent the time and effort to make sure every deposit went into the right account. Your the best Jack!!

SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND MADE ME REALIZE THAT RAISIN IS "NOT AN ONLINE SCAM".
THE EMAILS I RECEIVED WERE NOT ON POINT AT ALL
AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. THEY REALLY UPSET ME WHERE I ALMOST WANTED TO CLOSE ALL MY RAISIN ACCOUNTS AND CALL YOU GUYS A DAM SHAME SCAM!!!!!
I AM 73 YEARS OLD, WORK 60 HOURS A WEEK TO MAKE ENDS MEET FOR MY FAMILY I DON'T NEED TO BE SCAMMED OUT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
PLEASE MOVING FORWARD.....I PREFER EMAIL SO READ MY MESSAGES CAREFULLY AND NEVER EVER SEND ME FLUFF CRAP RESPONSES AGAIN.
