We chose Ramsey Moore to sell our house after obtaining valuations from 3 other estates agents. We had been following the local property sales market for some time and were already aware that Ramsey Moore had been successful at selling some neighbouring properties in good time and at a very good prices.

On valuation day, Derek came over and impressed us with his knowledgeable and relatable approach to marketing. Of all the other companies that had given us valuations, Derek was the only one who seemed to pick up on our main priority - a very quick sale - whereas others were more focused on going through the normal process of open marketing. Even before we signed up with Ramsey Moore, Derek had made phone calls and found us a buyer. Of course, we signed a contract with them and, even though we had a buyer, our property was still marketed as a ‘plan B’.

Thankfully, the ‘plan A’ worked out and the house was sold in 8 weeks. Derek worked efficiently and effectively with the solicitors and gave them a friendly nudge, when necessary. He kept us informed and updated at all times.

We would definitely feel confident in recommending Derek at Ramsey Moore to anybody who asked for a recommendation. Thank you Derek and all the best 😊

Excellent professional service. Great job!!

We bought our first home with Ramsey Moore and had a great experience from start to finish. They made a memorable impression. Fast forward 10 years later when we were ready to sell we had no doubt they would be the right people to do it for us.
Tony went above and beyond and made the process easy and straightforward. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He not only made sure we got the right price but also found us the perfect buyer!
Top job! Thank you again!

Can’t thank these people enough !! Derek was always on hand to help with my parents sale !! With lots of other estate agents letting us down he was there throughout!!
Can’t recommend these guys enough !!
Thanks again

My mother in law sadly passed away in January, we had to put her flat on the Market, we live is Scotland so we needed an Estate agent we could trust to leave everything in their hands to manage for us. Our friends recommend Tony Matthews at Dagenham office, they have used Ramsey Moore for years always used Tony, they said Tony is a top guy and will help you throughout the process.
True to their word Tony is a great guy who went over and above to help us nothing was to much trouble, from arranging a gardener ensuring they done good job, involved with Gas company who were doing work in the area to ensure work got completed on the flat nd generally keeping an eye on the flat.
Tony was always on hand answering our questions and keeping us updated throughout the process.
What makes Tony stand out is his passion for his job, he is very professional and takes great care of his clients.

I would recommend Ramsey Moore to anyone in Essex area.

Great service sold flat on first viewing the staff very very helpful professional and caring it was a pleasure to have them do my sale and recommend anyone selling or buying use them

The Guys at Ramsey Moore were a complete pleasure to deal with. As stressful as buying a house, Tony was always available and ready to help, every step of the way. Can’t recommend using their services enough.

The Dagenham Team were superb from start to finish. My sale was far from straightforward due to issues created by the local council. It was Tony Matthews relentless determination to get my sale over the line when it could have easily fallen through, is a reflection of his professionalism and genuine care for his clients. I am so impressed, I would highly recommend Ramsey Moore to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

Ramsey Moore did everything you would expect of them. They kept me informed throughout and they sold the property. I would recommend them.

Mark and Gary - nice blokes for estate agents.
Sold our house in 5 minutes because they already have good contacts.
Most importantly to the right buyer as we then had a complete mare with our new purchase and they kept them happy for the more than 6 month wait it took to complete.
They work hard and communicate well, and when push comes to shove they'll get you over the line.
Thanks for all your hard work fellas

Having lived in my house for 46 years, and with zero knowledge of selling a house, I asked a friend, who'd recently sold in Dagenham which estate agent she'd used. She recommended Tony Matthews of Ramsey Moore.
And what a great guy he was...His experience and straight forward manner made the whole experience far less stressful than I thought it would be. Every step of the way was explained and made easier for me and I am delighted with the result.
Like my friend, I can totally recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy....L. Steel(mrs).

I used Gary and Mark at Ramsey Moore to sell my late mums place. As you can imagine dealing with the estate of a loved one can be a difficult one but Gary was brilliant and took care of everything with regards to the sale.

A brilliant professional service and even when Gary was unavailable Mark was on hand to continue providing a great seem less service as he knew all about my case. Communication was constant and they even helped chase up solicitors through the chain when the solicitors were being slow to get things moving.

I’ll be honest and say I don’t have a high regard for estate agents as a whole but Gary and Mark have changed my views on this and I’ll definitely used them again in future.

Thanks guys!

I've been very impressed by Ramsey Moore's professionalism through the entire process. Our sale was complicated, however the Ramsey Moore team helped to navigate through a number of complexities and finally succeeded in a firm completion. Well done guys!

Ramseymore team was a live saver in helping me rent a property for the first time. From the moment I walked into their Westclift office with no idea on what to do Gary, Michelle and Laura helped me get the property ready and find great tenants. Michelle was prompt to answer all my questions and provided important and crucial information about the process. She ensured I was up to date and that I understood every step of the process. Ramseymore team made the landlord process easy and stress free. Highly recommend them!

Ramsey Moore were the obvious choice when we decided to sell our Victorian 4 bed, with their local knowledge and significant reach across Essex and London, they had no problem securing the perfect buyer for us.
Despite a long chain, containing more than a few estate agents and solicitors that couldn’t match Ramsey Moores enthusiasm and unstoppable optimism, they pushed through and got the sale done.
We couldn’t be happier with the effort the whole team put in, but an especially big thank you to Mark who was never to busy to take our calls or do ‘one more chaser’.

Thank you all

Great service in finding a buyer and a rental property. Also, helping finding tradespersons for jobs that needed to be carried out before the sale. Gary, thank you for that too. Thanks team.

Good local estate agents with good knowledge of the area. Letting staff are fab. Yes, definitely recommend.

Ramsey Moore Dagenham provided excellent service, advice and were extremely on the ball and quick at chasing up and follow up. I would not hesitate to recommend the excellent and very helpful Tony Mathews for his invaluable advice and help.
