Robin is terrible. Totally unreachable. Only cares about her profit margins. Dishonest in fully inclusive contracts. Do not use this agent for let’s as they only care about there profits not the renters or the landlords

Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

Moving is a stressful time for anyone and this move was no different however from start to finish Tony was there for us, any questions, and there were a few! Tony did a lot of the chasing between parties and just made the whole experience as smooth as possible.

Highly recommend the whole team at Ramsey Moore. Derek Long was a fab agent who found a buyer for our house. Whilst Derek was not in the office the amazing team pulled together this week to get exchange of contracts to happen and completion the next day dealing with another difficult solicitor.

Incredibly professional and knowledgeable agent, we used RM to rent our home out and they guided us through the process ensuring all boxes were ticked and found us suitable tenants within 24hrs of the ad going live. Very responsive to all queries on email and WhatsApp. I would definitely use them again for renting or selling.

Used Ramsey Moore for the sale of our property Derek was always on time for viewings, always at the end of the phone if we had any questions and if he wasn't available, would aways return calls without having to be chased.
