Ramsey Moore Real Estate Agents レビュー

This is pretty much the best agency we’ve handled so far.
We’ve had a long process in buying a house and went with 3 different agencies (which of course didn’t work) and had to cancel purchase, so luckily the property we were buying was with Ramsey Moore. Gary’s customer service and the attention from the staff at Westcliff office was impeccable and amazing.
They’ve called me always when I needed or even helped me out to hurry things with solicitors or my questions and we’ve managed to get things done very quickly.

The service from the guys at Ramsay Moore has been exceptional from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to get the sale of the house through. They chased solicitors when they didn’t have to and done so with no negativity whatsoever. Even the bottle of Prosecco with the keys was a lovely touch. Can’t speak highly enough of them and recommend their services to anyone!

The whole team especially Gary, have been helpful throughout the process. Starting from Excellent photos to good advice. Always contactable and available to chase up solicitors etc. Would recommend whole heartily to sell your property. Thank you B and S

We would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the team to anyone selling their property. A stress free and professionally managed transaction from start to completion. Communications were excellent and any queries answered swiftly. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and this was without doubt the easiest. Thank you Mark, Gary and Michelle.

Ramsey Moore have been helpful since the start of my move! Friendly, honest and helpful agent, making my move stress free!

Derek Long has been absolutely outstanding! I have just purchased my first home and he has been there through every step of the way, providing support, information and advice. Derek’s exceptional communication skills really did put my mind at ease when times got very stressful. I honestly cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me, it really has been a pleasure working with him. Thanks again.

I cannot thank Derek and his team enough for their help and support with the sale of my property. They worked tirelessly to ensure the viewings went smoothly.
A huge thanks to Derek for his hard work, support, professionalism and expertise during the sale exchange and completion process. Beleive me it was not easy and I could not have done it without his help that was over and above what I hoped for when choosing Ramsey Moore on recomendation to handle the sale.
Thank you all and I would recommend Derek at Ramsey Moore and his team to anyone.

Myself and my partner have recently let a property through Ramsey Moore and have had nothing short of a brilliant experience. They are always prompt with email responses and have no issues whatsoever answering any questions you may have. The whole process went extremely smoothly and I felt and continue to feel like they care about giving you the best experience possible. All of the team that we have encountered have been absolutely brilliant and we would recommend them to anyone looking to rent/sell or buy property in the area.

A special shout out is needed for Michelle and Gary who have been exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process.

Working with Gary & Mark was a lovely refreshing experience having spent a long 6+ month slog trying to find a new home in Essex. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and were really great at helping us see it through to completion. We managed to go from offer accepted to keys in hand in less than 8 weeks. Their advise and persistence was excellent; without being pushy. Would recommend!

Anthony has been absolutely amazing in helping us sell my dads home, he has taken the stress out of everything as his communication and support plus years of experience obviously gave us great confidence in what he was telling us and held our hands in the process from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful guy to deal with. Thank you Anthony 🙏👍🏼😁

Gary and the team have been helpful from the very start. Discussing our needs and only offering us properties that they thought were suitable. First property they showed us we agreed on taking. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Every bit of paperwork and communication sent on time or if anything was delayed they explained exactly why. Highly recommended.

Very good agents and they are very good at communicating. Especially Tony great working with him.

We found the whole experience of moving very easy and stress free using Ramsey Moore. Would recommend them and use them again myself if I ever needed to.

ABSOULTELY first class service throughout. We initial went to a different Estate Agent but didn’t find them suitable for us so invited Ramsey Moore to value our house. Derek came round and from the moment we met we knew we were in safe hands. The whole process of using Ramsey Moore was impeccable, we achieved an excellent price and were kept updated throughout the process to completion.
