Thieves!!
NEVER sign up for ANYTHING with them!! They charge you for things you never signed up for. When you complain in the chat, they simply block you! And the charges are of 0,1€ so they don’t stand out!! And yes, I can prove it! Also; whatever they claim to be able to find (like a taxi, which is what I thought I booked), they can’t even do that. In Spain….in a touristy region… ridiculous!
So I cancelled that request immediately after singing it (thinking I would get a taxi). They simply wait a few minutes and then say they can’t help you. And you get charged. And secretly they sign you up for a ‘weekly magazine’ which they never send and then charge you weekly! Stay as far away as you possibly can from this corrupt company!

Total scam. Stay away. They charged me for a taxi that never came and claimed I signed up for their "concierge service". Then, months later, they started randomly charging me for their "magazine" every two weeks. I had to contact the bank for a refund. These people are terrible. stay away!

Esto es una estafa de libro. Hice una reserva por la que me cobraron 0,10 euros y a partir de ahí cada día han tratado de cobrarme 69,90 hasta 5 veces y otras tantas 0,10 que si han conseguido y he devuelto con denuncia. Por supuesto la reserva no existió. Es una suscripción encubierta a nada. Ladrones. No sé cómo Google les pone como primera opción para reservar restaurantes!

Son estafadores, me cobraron 0’10 céntimos por una reserva que nunca se hizo y ahora me han estado cargando unas cuotas que no sé de qué son. Yo no me he subscrito a nada . Estoy gestionándolo con mi banco. Ladrones

Son unos estafadores, me han hecho cargos de 10 centimos y me han intentado cobrar varias veces un importe de 69,90, cuando no he realizado ninguna gestión con ellos.

Es una estafa te hace creer que estás pidiendo un taxi por unos centimos te cobran una suscripción de 70 euros después

Son unos ladrones, hace días me están bregando a sacar dinero de mi cuenta

Happens when you try to book a restaurant. If you see a restaurant asking for a 0.10€ to book a table, don't do it! They are going to deduct 69,90€ a few days later

Complete scam. Tried to get a cab in Menorca (Spain) through some site called Taxi Reza, which required my credit card information. Upon entering my credit card information, I was signed up for a 70 EUR monthly subscription for Rapidoxy (???). This was NOT CLEARLY ADVERTISED AT ALL. Their business model violates EU customer protection laws. Their phone number is fake and the address they gave for their location is also fake. This company is a complete fraud. I’ll be following up with authorities, this is ridiculous. Ended up spending an hour trying to reverse charges.

They also signed me up for a 0.10 euro magazine which was charged weekly. Didn’t notice this for a bit either. Extremely suspicious.

Rapidoxy.com Son unos estafadores te cobran 0,10 por una “reserva “ y no trabajan con ese restaurante luego me pasaron un cobro de 49,90 euros por la suscripción a un servicio.

Quando si prenota e non c’è posto,e addirittura come prova della carta prelevano 0,10 € il minimo di correttezza sarebbe dí inviare una mail e dire che non c’è posto.
È sempre una esperienza,che non si ripeterà mai più.

Dit bedrijf beloofde een taxirit voor mij te regelen in Italië, maar daarvoor moest ik een abonnement bij hen afsluiten. Toen ik dat gedaan had bleken zij de taxirit opeens niet meer te kunnen regelen. Ze hebben dus nooit enige dienst geleverd. Abonnement onmiddellijk opgezegd maar daarna bleven ze nog steeds geld afschrijven. Volgens hen omdat ik hun ‘magazine’ nog steeds ontvang. Oplichterij is dat! Mensen geld in rekening brengen voor een waardeloos, zogenaamd abonnement. Scammers!
