Rapid Response House Clearance Edinburgh レビュー

Exemplary service from John and his co-workers, called his company and was asked to send photos of items for my house clearance by WhatsApp, John replied within 20 minutes of the WhatsApp photos I had sent to him with a price quote and we arranged pick up of household items within 3 days on a preferred day suitable to my needs.
Thank you for being so accomodating at short notice.
John turned up at the quoted time and immediately got to work after inspecting my disposable items for removal.
All staff wore clean presentable working attire, polite with a positive work ethic.
No time wasting, just a just a respectable and focused efficient work service.
From initial clearance enquiry 3 days previously to the phone call 24 hours after clearance from John to check all was to my liking, I can't fault this company what so ever.
Highly recommended, please look no further on the internet's' this company "does exactly what it says on the tin"...!!.
Excuse the long review (only my 2nd time reviewing on TripAdvisor) but on this occasion I have to give a heads up for a job well done to Gentleman John for a service well done.
Wishing yourself and your team all the "Georgie Best" for the future.
Keep up the stellar work.
Michael.
PS : Final cost for clearance service was competitive, agreeable and no fuss, I payed when Job was complete and I am happy to recommend this company to anyone considering a house clearance.

They are so so nice, very efficient. On time.
They took away 2 mattresses, and I asked if they could pick up the double 2 days earlier than the king size, as I needed to wait for delivery of the king size before giving that up, and I didn’t have storage for 2, so they took double away first much to my relief so very accommodating and for doing it in 2 pickups at no extra charge.

Great service, arrived on time and John and his team were very quick and efficient.

Polite and professional service. Highly reccomended - 10/10

Really friendly and professional service, easy to get booked in and the job was done literally two days later. Efficient, no fuss and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Rapid Response services again. Thank you - appreciate it.

Really happy with the quick service from John and his team. They came and collected everything only 2 days after I emailed for a quote. They certainly took a load off my shoulders!

Another excellent job carried out by John & his team. We can't fault this company at all. They have been amazing in what has been a very difficult situation.

Thank you again Lisa & Robert

Had two sofas for removal and contacted this company after having been let down by someone else; 1st email enquiry was answered the same working day with an apology for a slow response! 😀 Had great communication from John to the end of the job including a call to say the job was done. They are reliable, professional and would happily use them again.

Our school have been using Rapid Response for many years to remove electrical and other waste. They are always reliable and and provide a fast and friendly service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent service. Turned up on time and worked non stop until house and garage were cleared. Also, John is really nice and so is his lovely helper. Would highly recommend them.

We required a house clearance to be done in Edinburgh so we used rapid response as they replied instantly to our email and supplied a great price and wonderful service on the date.
We strongly recommend this place for a trouble free job.
Thanks Guys !

So glad I found these guys - booking them was straightforward and they arrived bang on time and hit the ground running. Really nice people and they did a fantastic job. Such a relief to have the place totally cleared and everything taken care of so professionally.

Very fast response and was given an exact cost and an exact time for collection of our junk which was good too.
Top class and top recommendation !
