Rapid Response House Clearance Edinburgh レビュー

Rapid were more than helpful and disposed of a large commercial fridge from our cafe during lockdown, Will use every time I need to get rid off stuff in future.
Thanks,
Trudy.

Team turned up on time and were Rapid Response from the get go, entire property cleared within 1 hour by the 4 person team that came to do the work despite parking on Lothian Rd being a hassle for them with the blue meanies giving them a hard time for parking there.
Very satisfied and rate them highly, would definitely use their service again and recommend them fully as price was very reasonable and excellent customer service. ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️

Impressive service and a rapid response to our house clearance requirements.
Top class crew and they were fast and friendly, they even took a huge bin full of rotten leafs and sludge as the council refused !

We are a national building outfit based in Luton and were clearing out three floors of redundant shop fittings etc from the old House of Frasers Store in the West end of Edinburgh as part of a large contract we are appointed to carry out although with restrictions on parking skips in that area and due to lockdown restrictions decided to use a local property clearance company instead and to allow our lads to crack on with construction.
It is the first time using such a service for us and we didn’t know if they would have the expertise to carry out such a large job by hand over three floors although after contacting and using Rapid Response clearance team are delighted that we did as they were so organised and quick, the 5 men and 2 ladies that turned up to do the work cleared the whole bulk in two days, well over 10 tons in weight overall and they were using two large removal vans that they managed to arrange parking with council to park n the back lane, more importantly due to their high recycle rate they were able to bring the job in well within our overall disposal budget !
We will be using them for the duration of the project including any other works in the region we are involved with and highly recommend Rapid as they are extremely efficient and friendly.

Great service and super quick response. Great communication throughout. Thanks!

We recently moved home and needed a mountain of cardboard boxes and black bin bags uplifted. I contacted Rapid Response at 11 o’clock on the Thursday, had a definitive quote and an appointment agreed for the following morning within two hours, and the team arrived during the agreed timeslot, collected everything within a couple of minutes, and sent me an invoice via email to allow me to pay them what was a reasonable price and competitive compared to another couple of quotes I received. The entire process was done quickly and seamlessly, and John and his team were professional and courteous when they attended the pick-up. I would recommend them to anybody for this type of service and will likely be using them again in future.

Fast, friendly and efficient. A great service for a fair price. I have used Rapid Response before and I will definitely use them again. This time they cleared a van load of ex display material from my business, it’s great to have the space back. 100% recommended!

I had to clear my mother’s house out after she passed away recently and had no idea where to begin, I arranged to take some stuff to a local recycling centre although after filling the car up twice with junk, realised that it would be better to use a house clearance company as there was way too much to transport by car and it would have taken us ages. Mum’s property was in Edinburgh so we contacted Rapid Response as they were a local clearance company who then supplied us with a reasonable quotation which we accepted.
They went on to provide a first class service and arranged everything quickly from taking useable items to BFH charity and disconnecting the washing machine, cooker etc and all completed within one day !
Amazing Crew and I encourage anyone to use Rapid Response as they made the process very easy in our time of bereavement.

Rapid were really professional when clearing away our unwanted furniture and junk.
I Recommend them 5 stars and will use them again !

Very happy we chose rapid response to remove some items of unwanted furniture from a house in Edinburgh’s Newtown as they were so nice to deal with and were very efficient on the day.
The overall cost was less than they estimated which was great too and we would use them again if needed !
It was good to learn that most of the items would be 100% reused or recycled in addition as despite some items being beyond repair, others were absolutely fine so also very happy about that.

Rapid Response have worked for me on a number of jobs now....They say when you find someone good, stick with them, and it couldn't be more true in this case. I eventually found them after being let down by five other companies, who either never turned up or didn't bother sending a quote after they did. Rapid response - like their name suggests, were quick, reliable and reasonably priced - ideal when working to tight timescales or budgets... but more importantly, they are professional, flexible and understanding when things don't go to plan. Can't rate them highly enough.

I recently required the services of a house clearance firm to clear a small flat in Armadale, I contacted Rapid Response and found them a very professional firm to deal with, they arrived on time, cleared the flat and left it very tidy. They provided me with photographs of their work and they submitted their invoice to the lower of the two estimates they gave me. Very satisfied and would certainly recommend them.

I needed to get my mother’s house cleared very quickly and wanted to use an eco friendly service. I am so glad I picked Rapid Response House Clearance. John was friendly and helpful from the very start to the very end of the process. It felt like I was asking them to do the impossible as the house was very full and awkward with lots of stairs, but they completed the job to a very high standard for a great price. Highly recommended!

Friendly and professional, always on time. Helped us out on many occasions over last 5 years.

Swift, incredibly friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic Service from Rapid Response who cleared out our Queen Street office, The crew were on time, very polite and efficient and would recommend to others for removing bulky items as they great !
