I want to say that in 2018, Rapid Visa provided excellent service; however, since COVID, your service quality has declined significantly—to the point where it is now impossible to work with you. Communication is poor, and processes are endlessly drawn out.

Phoemela was a great.
Phoemela Udal was a great help and made things clear. There was an email I kept getting from someone that kept telling me there was an issue but it didn't say why it was an issue. She took the time and explained it probably more through than I need. But it was crystal clear on what I needed to do.

Easy and quick
I have not received an answer from USCIS yet, however, the process with rapid visa was very quick, responses turn around would usually be 24-48 hours for any questions, as well as them being available to speak on the phone if needed. Phoemela Udal was very helpful with answering questions and requesting anything that was needed.
