I have used this company for all of my navigating and submitting of my documents. Couldn't be happier with the service

Flora did a great job, she was courteous and professional. The issue is trying to call for 2 days before getting through to anyone. I dont want to email or chat online. I paid good money and prefer talking to a live person. 3 to 5 days for an email response also seems a little long. You guys did a better job in our past interactions. Maybe hire more staff? Its a valuable service you provide, please dont disrespect customers by having the telephone lines busy for 2or 3 days. Please answer emails and messages faster than 3 to 5 days.

Phoemela has been absolutely awesome to work with especially regarding their responsiveness and open communication about the updates. This is the level of service I hoped I would get when I paid for it and Phoemela absolutely delivered! I would recommend anyone to work with them.
