Terrible and no more dealing

Fast response, Reliable and thorough work. Hired them to get my green card, it was a success. This time it is for removal of conditions on my GC. Phoemela was a great help. Hoping to receive a positive result again

Shout out to Azel for an exceptional and professional job...I couldn't figure out how to bypass the encryption on my tax forms, asked for help and like magic not only one but all the documents were fixed and even uploaded with a noticification to my NVC agent about the uploads and to review....once again Azel is the best, great job!

We appreciate the work done so far, but we experienced some challenges: the packet was not submitted despite completed documents and scheduled payments and request for advance payments beyond the agreed schedule caused confusion.
