I feel confident that my application will be approved because of your support. The final product is much better than I know i would have done on my own. My emails were always handled quickly and professionally. Raymond was assigned to my case and like I mentioned he replied quickly every time. No delays on his part. As a result of his quick replies, i was inspired to act quickly to do what i needed to do. Additionally, his words were always kind and inspiring. I loved how simple everything is placed on the website and in the account. It is very easy and I was always able to ask questions and get help. My only feedback is fast responses. I was told that emailing my immigration assistant would be the fastest way of communication, but it was always a long process. I would email and not get a response until the next day right before they would leave work, so I would respond within 10 minutes of receiving their email and get the automated email that said they are currently closed. This was alittle frustrating, I felt like I could have had my case done about a week earlier. Or atleast have had the approval faster. The long time between responses from them made us feel not important and like we were not a top priority, but what we are paying makes us feel like we should have gotten those faster responses.

I’ve been working with you guys since I got my green card and you guys are so professional and helpful. Raymond is helping me now with my citizenship and he is always there when I need him. Thank you so much!

The company is responsive and tells you what is needed - and what needs to be changed - to meet their standards for petition review. They want to set you up for the best chance for approval. It is frustrating at times, but if you get the result you hope for, then it's worth it.
