Brilliant service provided by Rapid. Very good PCO car rental company, reliable, transparent and good quality cars to choose from. The staff are very helpful and understanding.

Cow boys
Job was not completed properly even tho they charged £2600 just to spray 2 doors n a allow wheel plus got my car back in a bad way ie not cleaned paint over sprayed windows sprayed with lacquer loads of other issues with the refused to rectify. Noticed today n the paint on the allows has come off after a wash. Same company own the body shop ect. Also didt like the fact that I got charged coz 1 of the allows got a chip while parking. I received the car with 2 wheels damaged so I suppose they charged the Prev people aswell but never repaired what they charged for. In your reply u wrote u offered to clean it ect I’m a cab driver I need to be on road I can’t for days for u to communicate with the repairs team n get back to me coz that way I can’t work. You refused to repair the scratches that your polishing machine caused. Even the driver who dropped the car off said it needs a valet coz of the just n paint smell he told his manager who said we don’t do valets just drop the car off. Your an insurance approved garage who should make sure that the car is 100% complete n clean before it’s dropped off to the customer.
Wasn’t gonna leave a review but as u guys requested it here the truth about my experience...

We are sorry that your recent experience with us and in particular the repairer who repaired your vehicle was not to your satisfaction. The repairer is an independently owned business but as one of our recommended repairers we thank you for your feedback and will pass on your comments. and will aim to improve our overall service offering in the future.
The repairs to your vehicle were approved by an independent motor assessor.
We did offer you the opportunity to return the vehcle to the repairer for free rectification work to be carried out and we understand that you respectfully declined this offer. We also trust that you were satisfied with the payment made to you for the sum of £125 in respect of a full valet to your vehicle and our gesture to waive the charge for damage to the rental vehicle.
We hope that we have now exceeded your expectations and that you will consider using Rapid Vehicle Management Limited again in the future.

Awful experience
Awful experience. If they offer you this as as part of a non fault courtesy car, stick to using the bus. Sent a guy to drop the car off who specifically told me not to worry about the alloys, I didn't check the wheels. They came back to pick the car up and tried saying I have to pay for the alloys as there was a scuff on them. I did not scuff the wheel. I couldn't even see the scuff with the naked eye. During covid when I was struggling financially they tried to deepen my predicament. Lack of empathy was clearly displayed
