What I liked
Mattress quality: The mattresses feel comfortable and are made of decent material.
Assembly: The bed was fairly easy to put together, even though no written instructions were included.

Delivery
First delivery – The driver never rang the doorbell or knocked, despite his claim that he did. I saw him waiting outside after a missed call, but he didn’t answer my phone. The company couldn’t locate him either. It felt like a one‑person job that should have been a two‑person delivery.
Second delivery – A two‑person team arrived after being called 30 minutes in advance, and the experience was much better.

The Bed Itself
The bed is sturdy and the mattresses are good, but it’s really two twin‑size frames, not a true double.
There is a 4–5 inch length mismatch and a 2–3 inch height difference between the two sides.
The product page is misleading: the description mentions the length difference, but the main image shows a uniform double‑sized bed, giving the impression it can be used as a single double.

Customer Service
Getting through required selecting the sales option; the after‑sales line never answered.
The representative I finally spoke with was pleasant and acknowledged the misleading website. She asked me to email a request for a mattress swap (to equalise the heights) or a refund.
I emailed on 9 July, followed up on 15 July (email) and 16 July (call), then again on 20 July. I have received no response.
Its a shame as this could have been an easy fix and 5* review had the company acknowledged the issue and swapped one of the mattresses for one of a smaller height.

Overall Experience
The refund/return policy is restrictive: the item must be in its original packaging, returned within 14 days, and the customer pays the return shipping. This makes it almost impossible to get a refund, especially when the company is hard to reach.

Recommendation
I would avoid Rapyal for this product.
Consider other retailers such as Dreams (longer wait time – about 5 weeks for a trundle) or IKEA, which actually offer true double‑size options.

Bottom line: I’m stuck with a bed that does not meet my needs, had to buy a 2‑inch mattress topper to level the heights, and plan to replace it within a year. The delivery hiccups, misleading product images, and unresponsive customer service make it hard to recommend.

What a great find I had with this company. Great service. Kept me updated with the arrival . Nelu the driver is a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for him very professional.
The bed is fabulous can’t believe the quality for the price I paid for a package of bed, headboard and mattress. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

I was a bit sceptical buying a Superking bed but I absolutely love it bed and mattress had the best nights sleep in a long time had it delivered the next day delivery driver was polite and friendly I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a bed 10/10 thankyou so much

I ordered from this website and initially started to feel a bit panicky because of the tracking number, but about two days later I received a message which completely put me at ease.
I received the bed today and the quality is absolutely fantastic. I am over the moon with both the bed and the headboard, especially with how beautifully the fabric has been put together. The craftsmanship and overall finish are amazing.
My daughter absolutely loves her new king-size bed, and I will definitely be purchasing from here again next month for my own bedroom. I will continue to support your business.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

I order a bed online a month ago but the payment was held by PayPal for a few days and then released . I confirmed with PayPal and phoned Rapyal . I was initially told the payment had not gone through . I was asked to send a screenshot of said payment which I did . They confirmed they had received the payment and send me an email to arranged delivery. I have phoned more than 15 times over . No one ever picks the phone no matter the option you select . One month later I don’t have the bed I paid for .
I had bought another bed from them that had a problem . Still i phoned for help and it’s all crickets .
This is the worst customer service I have ever come across .

Bought myself a double bed, head board and mattress for a bargain price. The head board is plush. The mattress is really comfy really suprised at that. The all round experience is A+. The delivery was speedy and efficient. The delivery man was polite. Thank you all very much.

Smooth order process, fast delivery and even though I selected the wrong delivery date on my order, meaning I wasn't in when they arrived, they were patient with me and allowed time to wait for my husband to pop home from work to be in to take the delivery. They assembled the bed speedily and well. The bed quality seems great and I'm very pleased. Thank you! Would use again.

We were in need of a new mattress and were looking for the same type as this had been comfortable for the duration that we had it. We found one on the Rapyal site at a great price and promptly ordered it. It was delivered within a couple of days and with good communication.

Unfortunately the mattress had a fault. This was nothing to do with Rapyal and was a supplier issue. I notified the Rapyal customer service team and they arranged for a replacement without delay. There was some delay in getting through to the team initially but I was told they were having problems with the lines at the time, however I spoke with Adam on the team who was very helpful and provided his direct number and he dealt with the process with great manners and efficiency.

Comfortable bed and mattress, at a competitive price and quick delivery. All of the team were helpful and courteous, customer care seems to be a priority. Would recommend the company and products.

Terrible customer service ad after service.

This is the 2nd time we've used RPYALSTORES. Sham was very helpful, making sure we had the correct mattresses for our hotel. The supply was really quick and the delivery very prompt, efficient and friendly.
We are now preparing another specialist order for one of our boutique rooms in the hotel
