Love this company there customer service is excellent , i was very wary buying a wig on line but i wouldn't go anywhere else this is my third wig one i had to return and got a full refund without any problem which i think is always a good sign of a company

I've been spending three to $4000 for my human hair Wigs afraid to buy one that cost less however the quality is exactly the same and I am in love with this Wig. It is absolutely beautiful better than the $4000 wig that I currently own.

Color not even close. Need to return. Thank you.

The wig is a lovely fit. But too much hair my normal hair is about the same colour and long but a lot less density. I have looked for a really density but can only get wig toppers which are not practical as I have no hair.

This wig company is excellent. Their wigs are beautiful and look natural and if they don’t fit you right they will allow you to exchange for a full refund as long as you do not cut the lace front or exchange for a different size. Customer service is #1 and they always reply. I highly recommend them.

Not as i expected. The cap is itchy and shows on the side. Its parted in center and cant be moved for different styles.

The hair piece is very comfortable my only issue is that it could be slightly smaller from front hairline to nape. I have a small head.

I bought a wig from Raregen, feeling optimistic after reading some reviews and seeing some pictures on here too, but although it was cheaper than some suppliers it wasn't cheap, and I felt a bit apprehensive until it arrived.

I needn't have worried! The wig was so realistic, and a third of the price of a wig I bought from a wig shop near me! The hair is so soft, and being human hair, I can style it easily. The hairline is so realistic, I need to cut the lace to shape but I'm so happy with how it looks. It also came with a wig stand and wig grip, and was beautifully presented.

Unfortunately I had to return my wig, but customer service was great and I will definitely be buying again.

I was a little concerned about the appearance of the wig out of the box, but customer service was outstanding! The online tech gave me great advice on getting the wig to look good by wetting it and gently blow drying with a brush. I am very happy with the look now. The only reason to not give it the full five stars is that I have a large head, ordered the large wig, and it was larger than I wanted. It puckers somewhat on the back of my head because it is so large. I didn't want to return it for an average because I was afraid that it would be too tight. But overall, I like the wig. I get great compliments on it!

The cap is very large, with an off plastic nape. It does not lay down- but rather sticks out. The hairline is ok. Sparse hair along part.
I regret my purchase.

My experience with Raregen has been five stars (and above!) from beginning to end. Initially, I ordered "Hedy" from the Purehand Collection. She arrived in less than a week, and I was very impressed with the cap construction and the quality of the human hair. Unfortunately, the color was just too "ashy" for my skin tone. I contacted Customer Service and was given all the information I needed to receive a full refund - including shipping!! I returned "Hedy" and ordered "Dora." "Dora" is every bit as beautiful and high quality as "Hedy." My refund was processed quickly and the credit appeared on my account in just a couple of days. I'll be keeping "Dora" and won't hesitate to order from Raregen again and again. Their Customer Service is second to none. I had the pleasure of communicating with both Rachel and Mia; they are both outstanding to work with. I highly recommend Raregen!!

Quality is above and beyond. Absolutely perfect. Customer service treat you better than a member of family. I was really suspicious as it was to good to be truth, but it is . Thank you so much Raregen !!!

The texture of the hair is amazing,the colour I ordered was spot on, only problem I had was i ordered the small but it was still to big for me so sadly I still haven’t worn it

I can’t believe how quickly I received my hair! The quality is amazing. I did get the full lace option so that I could wear it up in a pony. I haven’t had a chance to do that yet, but I played around with it a little bit and it seems like it’s gonna be amazing but meanwhile, the hairline is beautiful and so completely undetectable.
