High quality tux and great service
Had a really great experience with Rathbones Tailor. Great quality suit which was delivered really quickly in time for a work Christmas event. Was really happy with the try on service they offer to help make sure you have the correct size.

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish. Great quality kilt. Was brilliant to have the extra security of knowing a replacement could be sent if it did not fit perfectly. Thoroughly recommend.

Difficult delivery, good customer service
My first suit never arrived - so I had to do a lot of legwork to chase down customer service (they have no number to call)
However - once I managed to get a hold of someone they were helpful and shipped me a new morning suit just in time before the wedding. The suit was nice - and does run large, so get a smaller size than normal.

Main man Ottavio, thanks for leaving us a review. Obviously gutted your first ever trust pilot review was a 1 star for Rathbones Tailor. With nearly four hundred 5 star reviews it's important we try and understand where we've failed our customers to warrant a 1 star bad boy.
Good to chat briefly on the phone just now, thanks for giving me your time. It's a tricky one this. Our aim is to provide the best service possible at the most reasonable price, which we feel we do. Believe me when I say our pricing is with the customer in mind first and foremost. It would be fabulous if we could reduce our prices, the data suggests we would gain more customers. However it isn't possible with supply costs as they are.
You opted for our most affordable tuxedo option whose material composition is a wool/polyester blend. I fear this is what disappointed. If you were to hire from us again (I sincerely hope you do), then our Michael Kors tuxedo range is pure wool and so might be of a more satisfactory quality to you.
Whether you choose Rathbones Tailor or someone else, I hope this hasn't put you off rental completely. Drop us a line at help@rathbonestailor.com if you want to talk through any of the suits prior to ordering.

5 ⭐️ Tuxedo/Suit Hire
Rarely do I leave reviews, but the standard of service and quality of the tuxedo hired was absolutely superb! Arrived very quick, immaculately pressed and ready to be worn! The fit was excellent and overall I cannot recommend enough. Received countless compliments on the night as well!
Came with a suit compactor and free return label. Will 100% use again!!

These guys are ace. Rather than you're boring Moss Bros Tuxedo hire these guys do designer Tuxedo's by the likes of Michael Korrs and many more. Really good website and such an easy process.

Excellent service! My rental suit was delivered on time and looked great. Had an issue when trying to return the suit, but Megan in customer service was very helpful and got it sorted for me.
