RC Willey - Draper レビュー 

We were treated so well when we made a purchase at RC Willey for a reverse osmosis device. Firstly, I asked if I had rewards that could be applied. Those had expired but our sales person got that reversed so we could use them. Thank you so much! Also, RC Willey was offering a 3 piece slow cooker set for $20 with a purchase. That was a bargain & we took advantage of the offer. Five stars to RC Willey. They have our business into the future.

One call, issue solved...

They were more interested in getting in and getting out then they were to take all the tape off of the inside the tape off the outside and clean the fridge up a little bit so that it was nice for us. We had to go in and spend time cleaning all that stuff off because they didn’t do their job. We were very disappointed that they were in such a big rush. We had even taken the fridge out and put it close to the door so that it was easier for them, and there was no word of thank you for doing that. No politeness was shown very disappointed in the whole thing .

I ordered a dryer online. It was easy to shop on rcwilley.com select the product I wanted. Checkout took a couple of tries because the method of payment would not load on the checkout page, but once the payment choices appeared finalizing my purchase was easy. I set the delivery date and was very happy when my new appliance arrived. RC Willey sent an email with a tracking app that let me know the time of the delivery. The driver was great, he delivered the appliance and took away the old broken dryer. The whole experience was easy and I will buy online again.

Tiffany in the flooring department helped us find exactly the carpet we were looking for. She had samples sent to us to make sure we liked it. She got us an installation date. She was so friendly and helpful. The carpet looks great. Bob who you had install it was fabulous.

Delivery was right on time and they set up 77" TV and sound bar in a timely and proficient manner.

Three times we’ve gone to RC Willey and they have gone over and beyond our expectations. From the time you go in the door you will be in Awh to how much they have to offer. All three of our times were for couches.
There are lots of sales staff ready to help you. They do come up to you a lot but it’s not a pushy feel either. They do give you space to look and feel the explore furniture. Now I’d suggest you pick one of the sales team members and just tell them what you like so far. The more they know what you want the more they can help you find the perfect sofa. So far every time we go in and pick our favorite and then talk to a sales assistant they show us something that we just love. Out of three times we just found the help you get is why we have such great furniture in our house.
Quick story: my daughter needed a new sofa and she wanted to go to one of those other places where you build what you bought. She thought it would be cheaper. I was telling her let’s go to RC Willey, but she pushed to go somewhere else. I gave in, but I asked her before we buy let’s take out notes and go to RC Willey. She agree’d! So as soon as we went into RC Willey she fell in love with a wonderful sofa set with an ottoman. It was cheaper, stronger feeling, and even came with some throw pillows, not like the other store.
The RC Willey furniture just feels better! Sturdy and I mean no creaking or loose parts. It’s heavier and to me that’s says a lot. Every edge of the sofa was well finished, no loose ends. It’s pretty much all put together -perfectly. Very minimal assemble and that’s if you decide to do a pickup. You can opt to have delivered and they do the small assembly and place it where you want. For a very very great rate. To me it can’t be beat. Now that’s a win.
Now our sales associate was amazing. They saw what we liked and showed us some other options that were even lower priced and some that were very high end. OMGosh they have furniture that is very modern, fancy and with the finest of leathers. They were not pushy at all. I think because they did show us stock above and under our budget It did help us in choosing something slightly higher. Yes, we did go a bit over our budget and we found a sofa set that could handle 3 strapping young kiddo’s. Longevity was definitely something we needed (and got) with the three active children.
I really feel like, just do your research then before you buy give RCWilley a chance. They are pretty big and popular for a reason so at least give them a go. It can’t hurt. I really feel they will have what you’re looking for.

Side note: the entire purchase from shopping, purchasing and (in our case this time) pickup, has been a wonderful experience. The warehouse’s staff is amazing too. Professional and in every case willing to help above and beyond.

Dani always makes me feel special and treats me as if I were a king.

We ordered a microwave and decided to wait for it to ship to our local store in Draper instead of just make the drive to the hub store. It was supposed to arrive the next day. We got an email the next day saying it was on the truck headed to our store and to wait for another email to go pick it up. Just before closing time we called to check on it as we never received another email. The will-call lady told us it wasn't due to arrive until the next day. 2 day shipping for 15 miles? There is obviously a failure between what I am told in writing and what is happening. Home depot had it in stock. Should have just gone and grabbed it there.

Lots of help from our sales person and the cashier made very good time with the crowd they had to serve

All went very well, pleasant and professional

Back in June, my wife and I came in looking for a bedroom set. Our salesperson Matt Hennager, (I apologize if I spelled his name wrong), helped us out and answered our questions. We did find what we loved and was very informative and efficient. We purchased the set and arranged a delivery date. Due to some of the items not being in stock it turned out to be quite longer than expected to receive our set. Matt regularly contacted me and kept me informed as to the delays. Just recently we received our delivery. As I was unpacking the furniture, I noticed a flaw on one of the night stands and texted Matt asking about having it either fixed or replaced. He immediately answered back and reordered a replacement which will be arriving tomorrow. I just wanted to give a shout out to Matt and him always being available to answer any questions and addressed my concerns. If I could give 100 star review, I would do it. Because of this positive experience, we will return for future needs. If RC Willey has all associates like Matt, then I highly recommend shopping for your home decor needs!
