DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED HERE! My family and myself have shopped at RCWilley for years, but I cannot believe how downhill their installation and customer service has gone. I purchased a washer dryer and dishwasher. Every single appliance was installed incorrectly. The washer was not tightened upon installation causing water to leak and ruin 1/3 of my basement flooring. The water also got in the dryer vent which was a fire hazard & when the dishwasher was installed it wasn’t draining which was another potential water damage situation. I’ve had the WORST experience with Caleb in complaints. He is quite unresponsive & I have gotten very little info in regards to how the repair is taking place. Currently a portion of my floor is ripped ,up and I have no idea what’s happening next though I’ve asked multiple times. Even the 3rd party company handling the water damage said RC Willey is the worst offender for poor installation. BUYER BEWARE

Excellent service from the salesperson to the delivery of our new refrigerator. We couldn't make it to the store, so we were able to call in to the appliance department. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided lots of tips to match our needs. The delivery folks took great care in bringing in our new refrigerator and took away our old one. We love RC Willey and will continue coming back!

Rc Willey needs modern update
RC Willey is nice to have around but the process is inconvenient. I can’t order an item online, to have prepared for pick up. It’s really weird and old fashioned. I’m busy. I don’t often have time to wander around the store and go through all the weird people and lines and carry around a piece of paper for no reason to have to come back later and pick it up. Why can’t I just order something, and you say I can come pick it up in 2 hours or a day. I’m talking about for things you have IN store now. It’s a waste of time and paper the way you have it now. I’m moving and need a washer & dryer quickly due to various circumstances so I don’t have time to drop into the store and mosey around. Im glad to have RC Willey for slightly more affordable things like a washer and dryer set, but I also see your delivery fee has doubled what it used to be. $100 for a delivery is a lot.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. We do offer online ordering with store/warehouse pick up. We do have to verify the ID of the account holder at the time of pickup, so that can sometimes cause a delay in pulling the order for pick up. Our $99 delivery fee is our Blue Rewards program which offers free delivery for the next year as well as additional benefits such as member exclusive coupons and rebates. My experience with the sales person was very positive, he was knowledgeable about the appliances I was shopping for and quickly helped me narrow down options and make the purchase.
Delivery was also quick and efficient with very minor issues.
I was lucky there were some great promotions at the time of my purchase.

Review everything with upper sales rep before leaving
I appreciate the ease of shipping. However, most items are not in stock. When we called to confirm on the date we were told it would all be there or wasn’t. Wasted trip. On top of that, the sales rep forgot two items we told him we wanted to but and we had to buy and get delivered at a later date.

I needed a fridge ASAP
I needed a fridge ASAP. Found a perfect fit at RC Willey but….delivery Was a month out. Who can wait a month for a fridge that is in stock?
Had the same issue when my oven went out. I had to drive to the store and pick it up.
I realize we are off the beaten path but a delivery truck once a month is crazy.
I’ll go somewhere else next time just like I did on the fridge.
