I’ve always loved shopping at RCWilley for different reasons. My recent purchase was for a new washing machine. The salesman was friendly and answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. I was thrilled that not only was the price equivalent to every other local retailer that offered the same model, but I was able to purchase it with zero interest over a 12 month period, which is a blessing for my budget. The delivery guys were awesome, too! They had my new washer in place and went over the controls with me and ran a quick test to make sure it was working properly. I couldn’t ask for better service! Oh, and with my purchase of the Blue Rewards, I even got an extra two years added on to my warranty! Thanks again from a happy customer!

The website was easy to use and applied a coupon I didn't even know existed. It was also easy to arrange delivery, which was great as well.

The fridge did not come with the required hose. The website did not have any indication that i needed to add the hose as an additional item. When I called customer service, the woman lied to me. She said she was looking at the website. She said it was below the heading "do not forget". When I got on the site minutes later, I discovered the only thing under that heading was about 6 different warranty options. I was really irritated about being lied to.

The website is hard to work with on a cellphone and could be a little more user-friendly

I asked for the dishwasher to be delivered into my home. It was delivered and left in my driveway for anyone to take it. So, it was left up to my husband to bring it in and up the stairs by himself. I will be thinking long and hard if I'll have something delivered again.

The sales person went above and beyond to ensure our online order went through.

From the time I ordered my washing machine online until we picked it up was less than 2 hours. It was there waiting and was quickly loaded for us. It was much better than waiting 1 week for delivery.

The delivery guy was rude had absolutely no manners. I believe his name was Brian Ochoa ? I can’t remember but I’m sure if they look up the time and date my order was delivered they’ll see it. I definitely don’t want his taller partner getting in trouble since he was the most polite.… I got my Mom a washer here for Christmas as a gift I had it delivered I wanted her to have the full experience (instead of her or my dad installing it or picking it up) my mom greeted this short grinch politely and he looked bothered he even had to do his job to bring the washer down and pick up the old one. My mom was very uncomfortable in her own home that’s unacceptable. He’s been working for rcwilly for years, obviously RCWilly doesn’t give a rats ass about the customer service because I’m sure I’m not the only person who has complained about his attitude. If you don’t like your job get a new one. I will say that his partner on the other hand was polite and very kind and did most of the work he installed and uninstalled the washer and his responses weren’t rude or annoyed.

The process of finding the item I needed and purchasing it was very smooth.

A 20% non-refundable charge (if returned) for a product “in stock” a few days ago and now a “special order”.
I’ll buy from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Simple no hassle return policy on the same product.
