We used Reach for renovating our property in Redhill and were well pleased with the end result. Rajesh and his team did a fantastic job and managed to complete the project on time. I would whole heartedly recommend Reach to friends and family .

Rajesh and team were prompt and quick in fixing my electric boiler issue over the weekend.

I have Jared Reach twice, one for a relatively bigger roofing job as there was considerable leaking from the roof. Rajesh was very attentive to my requirement and send me a roofer who gave me 3 options to tackle the problem. He also gave me assurance that if the issue was to recur he will fix it at no additional cost for a year. He fixed my roofing issue and it’s been now close ton4 months and there has been no leak inside in spite of one of the wetter summers we have had
I recently also used Rajesh services to fix my side entrance door and fix a sink pipe. Again was attended to professionally and job done within the time and at a reasonable price
I would definitely recommend Reach for any aspects of your home needs big or small

Not a building service.
Over all poorly managed.
Not following specifications and making up the build as it develops.
Would not recommend for building services - outdoor room/summer room construction.
We have not used this company for cleaning or maintainance therefore can not comment on those specific service.
Update: damp patches on the celing within a month of the build, with first proper autum rain.
Fixed roof window has been installed in a poor way leaving big gaps on the side and very less top coat to ensure fibre glass roof sustains the weather impact.
Apart from the cost we have to bear, it is additional stress.
Reply to accussation from Reach:
1. Calling a client difficult, when you are not able to deliver the right build within agreed time span. Quite pathetic.
2. We never asked for a lower quote, you had right to provide a higher quote if you thought that the build would cost more. So, expectation is that within the quoted price the correct build will be delivered. Therefore mentioning what it may have costed us if we went with other builders is an assumption and not even applicable to the review.
3. We agreed 4 sides rendering. After erecting the structure and mid way into the project, you informed us that only the front of the room can be rendered. It is not just aesthetic but practically rending protects the building, and you did not decrease the quote to compensate our loss.
You kept blaming your work force for the follies - you called experienced builders.
4. The work took 3 weeks more to complete. You kept arguing about clearing the rubble and insisted that we left the skip outside our house unattended for more than a week while we went on holiday, and not accepting that insurance does not cover damage done to property due to unattended skips.
Currently:
5. The floor boards and not levelled due to the unlevelled floor, and we have to now get it rectified before using the room, you provided a solution you have searched on internet and not a firm workable solution. You had till 5th September to sort it out but you did not.
6. The render on the front at the lower half has started to crack already.
It is a shame how you boast about the service you provide to clients and are incapable of accepting the mistakes and understanding the loss to the client.
It is our experience with 'Reach' and for building purpose we would not recommend this company.

Reach services have been great. They have been very attentive with your request and suggest the best possible solution. They listen to their customer requirements and ensure they deliver with quality. The work was delivered with very good quality and on timely manner. The communication has been very clear and prompt. Reach Biz arranged for garden cleaning service at very short notice. The gardener arrived promptly and worked meticulously cleaning my overgrown garden and weeds, all in 4 hours.

We used REACH recently to have our rental property cleaned before the start of our tenancy. We had a very good experience, and would definitely recommend them. The services were excellent - the cleaner was prompt, polite and covered all the areas that we asked her to clean, to a good standard. It was a bit tricky to communicate at the start as the cleaner didn't speak English, but she did understand the key words and we got there in the end. We'd definitely use them again in the future.

Quick turnaround, peace of mind. Excellent tradesmen they provide. Used them twice.
