Well, I'm just getting started with payments. I'd say they are reasonable. Got the loan quickly. Also the rep on the phone was patient, polite and knowledgeable.

THIS COMPANY FAILS TO MENTION THAT IF YOURE DOING BI WEEKLY PAYMENTS IT BARELY PAYS YOUR INTEREST IF WHATS OWED ON TOP OF CHARGING YOU BI WEEKLY. STAY IETB NDR PROGAM AND PAY OFF WHATS BEEN NEGOTIATED. I FEEL CHEATED AND SCAMMED AND LIED TO. IM PAYING BACK WHATS OWED IN MORE WITH THIS LOAN

I previously gave Reach 5 stars. Now, I've got to take them down a couple of notches. My account has always been current and has several extra payments along the way. I switched my payment date from the 9th to the 15th because it is more convenient. I checked to make sure that my next payment due was in fact the 15th. It was. Autopay is on. Sure enough ... on the 10th they sent me a late payment notice. ARRRGH. How do you miss a payment when it is not late and when autopay is on? Not acceptable. Contacted the company and did not get a response. Not acceptable. So ... Reach is great getting your business ... and not so great once they have it. I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how concerning it can be to see a payment reflected as “past due,” especially when a payment has been rescheduled.

When a scheduled payment is moved to a later date, the original installment may temporarily appear as past due in our system once the original due date has passed. However, this status does not necessarily mean the account has been reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus. Generally, an account would need to become 30 or more days past due before negative payment information is reported.

I honestly feel duped

I honestly feel duped. I received my Reach loan through NDR, and in all the time that I worked with them, NDR had never steered me wrong. I didn’t initially want to do the loan, but when NDR told me that one of my creditors would likely threaten me with litigation, I felt like I had no choice. I spoke to the Reach representative, and she told me that payments would count positively toward my credit score, and that interest would be “factored in” yearly.

She failed to mention the DAILY COMPOUNDING INTEREST, or that the bi-monthly payments would be almost entirely going to that interest first, with a small amount going to the principal. I couldn’t understand why my payoff amount was calculated at almost double my initial loan amount, and I was never given the chance to see the figures before I accepted the offer. I’m so disappointed and anxious to be stuck with yet another loan that is even more predatory than any of the creditors I had before. I feel misled, lied to, and tricked, because I did ask about the interest and was led to believe that it would accumulate yearly and slowly.

Please, if NDR or any other source recommends Reach to you, make sure you ask SPECIFICALLY about the interest structure, how interest will accumulate, and how often it will be applied. I knew in my heart that I shouldn’t have taken the loan, and I regret it deeply.
