Incredibly Stupendous Customer Service!

The gentleman who assisted me was from Nigeria. He provided exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and heartwarming customer service! I wish I remembered his name! I called REACH Financial to ask that they take a payment early because my normal due date falls this year on Labor Day. The gentleman told me what he needed to do, then obtained my permission, and performed the transactions! He was incredible! I'm glad to have REACH Financial helping me because their people care!!

I am just grateful to you for letting


I am just grateful to you for letting us borrow money to get me out of debt. I also realize that it means that I will be paying more back to you than you gave me. But it will be one bill instead of many. Also because of you my credit rating will be able to go up. I don't expect it to do this immediately, but over time it will.
