Won’t use again
Great customer service. Had an issue and quickly resolved. Couldn’t be more helpful or prompt. Special thanks to Leon but I’m sure the whole team are the same. Many thanks.
***update - very premature review initially, but due to the warm fuzzy feeling I was given I thought it was warranted. Fast forward nearly 4 months, still no exhaust and the order now cancelled (at my request). Exhaust promised before Xmas, it arrived, looked at the certificate, Yamaha R1, thought it must have been a simple mistake. Nope, completely wrong exhaust. Wishful thinking thought reactive have sent my exhaust to the customer with the R1 and vice versa. Nope, wrong exhaust ordered. No idea how as never had or even mentioned a Yamaha R1, but these things happen. Then came Xmas break so nothing happening. Finally contacted again in new year, told the correct model could be with me end of January, but there was a difference in price to pay, about £30. Call me petty and I know it’s not a lot but when the company have had £600+ of my money for nearly 4 months I think a good will gesture would have been in order. No such luck so order cancelled.
I’m sure this could have been a 1 off and I’m sure many other people use reactive regularly quite happily, but I can only offer my experience. Shame as was really impressed initially but left very frustrated.

Good range of products and quick delivery. Nice people, friendly on the phone. Customer service team always happy to help even with the smallest things; Jack sourced a lost bolt for me from Bonamici. Will be back :)

Customer Service Interaction
Leon has been great and very accommodating with my order, even assisting with a late addition from my side on the original order. Queries were promptly responded to and its a nice change to not get a generic email but an actual "contact person"
Overall the experience is very good, I liked the site layout where parts are grouped for your bike model, makes it easy to find exactly what you need.

Dealt with Leon @ reactiveparts in an attempt to source spare parts for rearsets. Leon could not have been more helpful, he was extremely patient with me as I was admittedly swapping and changing what I needed after Leon had prepared the quotes.
