Getting tired of all the Amazon deliveries that have been missing, stolen or just not delivered anywhere near on time because they refuse to use reliable logistics. Dragonfly is completely unacceptable for deliveries and you would think one of the richest companies on the planet could do better than that shady delivery service.
Amazon Buyer Beware- Not a transparent Company
Amazon does not advertise that they will not refund or facilitate returns through their re-sellers who sell on their site. A reseller AMAZINGLADY did not advertise that you could not return without the buyer paying the postage to China! Shame on you Amazon for letting re-sellers scam your customers and not honouring a return and refund of the product.

Amazon.ca sells merchandise touting Canada as America's 51st State. They don't have an ounce of respect for Canadians. Making money is apparently more important to Amazon than stopping the sale goods with offensive messages directed towards an entire country. What they're doing is beyond the pale. This is how they thank the millions of Canadian customers who have been doing business with them for years. Shame on you, Amazon.
Amazon Cheats
I was promised an extension by multiple Amazon reps while I waited for a reply from the seller. I wanted to give Amazon and the seller the opportunity to solve the issue. I was promised there were notes in my file. I was promised that the calls were recorded. I also rebooked Intelcom for an item that was not picked up as scheduled by Amazon. I was told they'd come Sat at 10. Now I'm told Intelcom doesn't pick up on Saturdays. I am told that all of the reps put no notes in my file. I was told that it is against policy to listen to the quality assurance recordings. Now I "missed" both return windows, one because I gave Amazon and the seller a chance to respond and believed what multiple agents were telling me, one because of an error from their pickup company. I can no longer be a customer of Amazon due to all of this cheating. Amazon has changed their treatment of customers and I am now forced to return anything I can and end the business relationship.

Amazon supports sellers that use fake images to sell products
I bought a weighted vest from Amazon.ca from the seller Pacearth. Prior to buying I looked at the advertised images and product descriptions and read the user reviews. All in all, it seems okay to buy the weighted vest. The vest was supposed to be built with two adjustable straps, but in reality the vest only has one. Also the vest smelled like chemicals. I refunded the purchase and wrote a bad review. Two weeks later my review is never posted. Amazon is deliberately protecting this seller for some strange reason. The seller is using fake images to advertise and sell the weighted vest....it's really terrible. It's using a bait and switch tactic to trick people into buying the product.
Amazon Security AI cancelled my order
Out of nowhere Amazon has cancelled my order claiming a security issue with my payment method. I followed their instructions to fix the issue which included the closure of my account then recreated the account and added a new payment method which resulted, once again, in the cancellation of my order. I called my credit card company and the bank to find out what is happening and then told me they provided an authorization number for the purchase but Amazon rejected it. When I contacted Amazon support they told me it was the bank's fault.
My belief is that it is Amazon's Security AI that is overzealous. Bottom line, I'm no longer able to use Amazon.
Bought a 55 inch TV
Bought a 55 inch TV, received and the box was fine. Unpacked it and tried it and the screen was broken. Packed it back up and tried to return it. Amazon would not pick it up we had to ship it back and pay for the shipping and we would be reimbursed fully for the shipping cost. Now on the $453 spent to ship it to Ontario they want to only give us $150!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT ARRIVED BROKEN TO US and they want us ti cover $300 of the cost
Poor customer service and poor deliveryâŠ
Poor customer service and poor delivery service. Packages left in the lobby against company policy or delivered at the wrong unit or wrong building. Packages are also thrown can get damage. Customer service does not seem to take customer complaints seriously and sometimes the agents speak poor English cannot understand a word they say!
Review Suppression at Amazon: Bad VORGUT Outdoor WiFi Security Camera, 3MP
Terrible bad and really cheap product ($19.99 CAD only), its TSEye app doesn't work with any of my Android phones and tablets (that work fine with different brands of security cameras including my home security system).
It came with poor instructions and during setup (after the WIFI connection), the TSEye app generated a QR code for the camera to scan but it failed every time saying somethingâs wrong with my WIFI password! I tried it with my Android phones and most recent tablet, and nothing worked.
I submitted my review on Amazon.ca with 1 star (the lowest that I can select). It was accepted and posted at first, then the seller complained to Amazon and they took it off.

Amazonm keeps wanting me to subscribe, although I am already subscribed. When I am trying to contact Amazon.ca to solve this issue, I discover there is no contact number or e-mail. Plainly, Amazon does not give a ship about its customers as long as g as I pay my subscription. Customer service this is not.
Not to order expensive merchandise
Jeff Bezos claims interest in you as customer. He better stop partying. Never order a/c units as installer fear liability and correctly so! The seller on Amazon cheats. Very clever their system. Customer service is not available (no one to call, to work through with). Jeff claims his email chain, it is AI - automated. Not a person to solve with. DOES NOT WORK. Lost 1200$. Something Jeff parties with on his boat. There is no means with Amazon to solve things.
LATE DELIVERIES BY DRAGONFLY COURIER
I used to order small engine parts on Amazon and get them IN THE MORNING when they were supposed to come...delivered by POSTMEDIA. Now they use DRAGONFLY. Parcels are delivered at the end of the day and when you need it most it is consistently LATE by someone that doesn't know enough to speak. I now drive 40 miles to the city for parts....UNACCEPTABLE
When Buying from Amazon, be Prepared to Lose Your Money!
Buying from Amazon is like playing roulette. Will I get the parcel? Will it arrive undamaged? Will it match the description? Will Amazon stand behind its warranty? Increasingly, the answers are NO.
Amazon allows 3rd parties to post items on their platform. They offer an A to Z warranty, that is suppose to guarantee people get their items, and the items match the description. Itâs become very difficult to talk to a human when trying to contact customer service, and Amazon no longer stands behind their A to z warranty. DO NOT buy from 3rd party sellers on Amazon, unless you are prepared to lose your money. Amazon is full of 3rd party listings, trying to scam customers. Amazon wonât remove the fraudulent listings, and they wonât return your money, if youâve been duped.
Amazon delivery is also terrible. When I first purchased my Prime membership, they guaranteed 48 hour free delivery, on products sold by Amazon. I no longer get products, sold by Amazon, quickly. Parcels are put (or thrown) on my step, and they take a picture - but the doorbell is NEVER rung, and parcels are no longer hidden from public view, behind the porch railing. My front porch also has a parcel locker, but they donât use it. I work from home, so Iâm usually home when parcels arrive, but because they donât ring the doorbell, I donât know my parcel is there. Iâve had numerous porch pirates take my parcels, while Iâve been home. My instructions say âRing The Doorbellâ and âPlace Parcel in Locker beside The Doorâ. Apparently the drivers donât care. Itâs quicker to put parcel on step, take picture and leave. Amazonâs policy to take pictures, ensures parcels are visible to everyone, and are MUCH more likely to be stolen. With the pictures, Amazon isnât standing behind stolen packages.

Amazon makes it soo difficult to get some answers that you get frustrated and give up, designed that way I would guess ..They are using a 4th rate delivery company that is worse the canada post, I know that is hard to believe ..Until they offer more secure and better shipping options im done, I can't continue to spend hundreds of dollars wondering if my packages will get here in usable conditions or not at all..

The original delivery date was December 4th from a November 24th order we got a bit of snow like 3 in all of a sudden my new delivery date is the 15th of December there's no way to contact anybody at Amazon to find out what's going on also another order November 24th has a December 13th shipping date like what the hell just because I'm not a Prime member I'm thinking
Going downhill
Iâve had the worst experience with Amazon, and Iâm done buying from them. Itâs been over **30 days**, and I still havenât received a refund for a laptop I purchased that was listed as *new* but was clearly *used*. The laptop had visible signs of wear, and after going through **seven different replacements**, every single one was refurbished. One had the **blue screen of death**, and another had a non-functional Wi-Fi adapter. Absolutely unacceptable for items sold as *new*.
To make matters worse, I was told Amazon didnât receive the returned item, and then they claimed I sent back a different laptop entirely, which is blatantly false. I provided proof and even filed a report with the **Better Business Bureau**, but no action was taken to help me as a consumer. Instead, it feels like theyâre protecting the business at all costs, leaving customers to deal with the mess.
Amazonâs customer service has completely gone downhill. Theyâre unhelpful, dismissive, and seem to care more about making excuses than resolving issues. If youâre thinking of buying expensive electronics from Amazonâdonât. Save yourself the headaches.
This experience has been exhausting and has shown me how little Amazon values its customers. Iâll be taking my business elsewhere.
Amazon non delivery and no refund allowed = theft.
The following is a message I sent to Eric Gales, Head of Amazon.ca and he has not acknowledged receipt of my account of troubles to investigate. Message was also sent to Amazon Help Line with no reply also.

I recently was notified a package of 24/Ensure Clear mini cartons would be late then undeliverable. I was initially assured as expected, a refund.
While I was waiting for a refund I noticed I had an unused since 2012 Amazon.com account and thought that was a sitting duck for criminals.
So on Amazon Chat Live, I requested it be closed down but to make sure that my Amazon.ca account remains active
(because I see both US and Canadian accounts use the same email address as a User Name, just different passwords to access and that I was currently waiting for a delivery from Amazon.ca)
I was assured that if if non delivery occurred my refund was safely in the works.
What did the Amazon chat representative do? Yup unbeknownst on that chat/email... closed both accounts.
Next day: Apologies ensued; I was told to restart a new Amazon.ca account with the same email address just use a completely new password. I did this with success.
And I have the same BMO Debit/Credit Card as before on file.
The phone conversation temperature escalated as the Amazon.ca rep stated I cannot get a refund now. The amount is just over one hundred dollars CAD
I know you will agree that simply, non delivery of paid goods means a refund in full. If Amazon.ca cannot use my debit credit card a cheque must be issued and mailed to me.
Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.
Also you know no one now can determine if the case of product is still on it's way to me; just really late. This might be an easy solution... receive delivery of the goods?
