Tried to make a doctors appointment and this popped up ,
Now taken £14.99 out of my bank and said I’m subscribed, can anybody help me ,

The hidden door chapter which is a bit tricky at first, but really engaging. I would recommend adding a quick summary at the start of each chapter to help new readers like me follow along better.

Stay well clear! They somehow get to sign up to an £0 prescription. Them a day later take £29.90 for SFA!!!

Nothing more than criminals. I have unknowingly had 3 payments of £29.90 taken out of my account. I have searched my emails and have found no "welcome" email telling me how to cancel my subscription and certainly no recollection how I have ever signed up in the first place. Surprised this is the only place I have found referencing these scammers as this seems to have been a world wide fraud job

This is a scam do not subscribe them because the customer service is terrible but I get no response even when U put your details in and message them or email U don't get a response back so I phoned up my online banking to block them and refund money back

This is a scam. Their cancel subscription facility does not work. Their website is inaccessible (always times out - I would have put a screenshot in here but it doesn't seem to be possible to do so).

Contact your bank. Tell them that you have been the victim of a fraud and instruct them not to make any payments to them under any circumstances, otherwise they will be aiding a fraudster.

There seriously needs to be a class action law suit against this company for locking pages that force subscriptions without being able to go back and review what is happening! You either have to agree to an upgrade or agree to a subscription! And there's no way to back out of the screen!

Awful customer service, no response even after multiple text to unsubscribe. In the website you can't unsubscribe. Basically, its like a scam site make you trap for easy money. I would gave given 0 star, but there is no option. If you have subscribed just talk to your bank to block them, its the only way.

Following on from my original review about this company - Read-Verse.com, here is an update. I followed up my call to my bank last weekend with another today - this time to the dispute dept. I have been able to get the original £29.90 refunded. The bank explained that there was yet ANOTHER payment pending to these sharks for ANOTHER £29.90. I’m hoping the bank have managed to stop this one before they take it. Be careful. All because I was stupid enough to click on a £0.01 trial.

Never heard of this website until I had a pending transaction on my bank account, I emailed the company on their website but no response so told my bank and they refunded the money. Not a clue how they got my bank details either .. very dodgy

My request for cancellation and refund was ignored and customer telephone service so poor. Very frustrating in deer.

I was on a phone website and this was a pop up I accicendently pressed thinking it was to do with phone, now it's taking money from my account and I cannot stop it. Be careful

SCAM – Avoid This Website

Do not trust this website. I went from casually browsing a random site to having €30 deducted from my account every month without my knowledge.

A month ago, I was searching for an AI image generator or something similar. At some point in the subscription process, a very discreet and misleading pop-up appeared, blending in as if it were part of the legitimate process. It initially showed a €0.00 charge, so I proceeded to double-click for Apple Pay, assuming there was no cost. The pop-up disappeared, and I continued browsing, unaware that I had unknowingly subscribed to a €29.90/month service.

Now, canceling the subscription is incredibly difficult, which makes it clear that this website is intentionally tricking users into unwanted subscriptions. Their practices are fraudulent, aggressive, and deceptive.

This website should be shut down immediately. Beware and stay away.

Scam called bank and cancelled card

I honestly have no idea how I ended up signing up for this! I asked for proof - it never arrived. They did tell me steps I may have taken. They promised a full refund, but guess what, hee-haw has been received and now ignoring all my emails. Absolutely furious!
