Lisa at Realm secured a second mortgage for our holiday home. Throughout the process I found Lisa's level of customer service, general positivity and enthusiasm to help simply outstanding... a fresh of breath air! Within days of first contact she had options on the table... something my local broker had failed to do, only finding problems and demonstrating an unwillingness to listen and negative attitude.
